The welcome was not friendly, the restaurant was empty and we had to «discuss» where we could sit. I ordered a pit of lemonade and got 7up. Asked the staff if it was 7up and they said no it was lemonade. Staff were not very friendly. The food was cold and not too fascinating.

I hope the food is good because waiting 25 min just to get our drinks is friggin ridiculous… just came back to the table to tell us they couldn’t make one of the drinks… I let you know how long it takes to get our appetizer… leaving now because our food has taken way too long… Asked for the check and they charged us £32 for 2 beers, Fanta Orange, Diet Coke and a tomato juice… If I could give this place negative stars it would get 5 negative stars…(that’s the problem with Unilocal, you have to give them at least 1 star)…one of the worst places in London… stay away…

Since I stay in the adjoined hotel, I went here for dinner twice. The setting of the restaurant is really nice, except for the overly loud music playing. No dinner athmosphere, not even okay for a lounge what they claim to be. The food was really good. I had classics like the burger and a club sandwich. The fries were freshly made and sizzling hot. The only thing they got wrong both times was the order for the drinks. That was quickly resolved. And they have the best espresso in the area! Still only give 3 stars since the club sound music doesn’t invite to spend more time then necessary.

Came here as part of the restaurant festival. Firstly when we arrived they couldn’t find our reservation, but managed to seat us anyway. We had a choice of 3 items for each course, but soon found out that they didn’t have one of the starters and the other starter part of it would be missing. We both chose the hock ham and pea terrine, mine followed by the duck confit and then the cheese board. My husband chose the sea bass and the apple tart. After the starter arrived, which look just like ham with some peas in it, it was pretty bland too. After this we waited a whole 40 minutes for our main course to arrive and then another 30 for our dessert. My main was reasonable but a bit on the salty side. It still took longer for the bill to come and when it did they added on not only the«discretionary» service charge but they had also added the wine, which was to be included in the price of the set menu. I would have argued the service charge off but I was too annoyed at the time it wouldn’t have come across well. I definitely will not be back.
