I really liked this place, very cosy and the food is very good, with a touch of the italian cousine :) there’re fresh salads, panini, eggs for breakfast orange squeezed juice, they also had pasta and perfect coffee!!!

Conveniently located near Dorsett Shepherd’s Bush and Shepherd’s Bush Green. It is a very cute café which seems to be family-owned and operated. Love the rustic tables and simple yet décor. We stopped in for a late breakfast(1pm) after we checked out of our hotel. English Breakfast was really good(and decently priced at £6.50) and the chicken and mozzarella sandwich hit the spot. Also had a latte and macchiato which were quite good. Definitely recommend and will return again.

Stopped in here a few times for breakfast as our hotel was right down the street. Strong coffee, fresh muffins. Even had the English Breakfast one time. Good stuff.

My hotel, the Dorsett nearby, wanted £15 for their breakfast buffet. No thanks! Luckily Liz Café is less than half a block away with a variety of breakfast dishes under £7. Friendly staff and charming and cosy atmosphere. Unfortunately, as with every European café, the outdoor seating area is always overrun with smokers. But luckily there is seating right by the windows. £ 6.50 Salmon Eggs Benedict £ 6.25 Bacon Eggs Benedict £ 6.50 Full English Breakfast Shepherds’s Bush is not a tourist area, so lots of locals do eat here. By American standards, portions are smaller and no extra sides included, but this is normal in the UK.

Good local café always need somewhere that you can rely on that offers so much more than the chains and has great staff who care. Only been there for breakfast but I will try lunch some time soon

Absolutely loved out meal at Liz Café. After a busy day of sightseeing it was wonderful to have a fresh meal. My father and I both had lasagne and salad. We both agreed it was perfect! Thanks again Liz Café!

Liz Café is a pleasant enough place, and a welcome addition to Shepherd’s Bush. But it doesn’t really mark itself out as being above average in any way. Their strongest offering is probably their sandwiches, which are made with sourdough bread and tasty fillings like goats cheese and roasted vegetables, but they’re also quite expensive, at £4.50-£5. Their coffee is possibly slightly below average. It’s also quite expensive and their flat whites are, well, a little flat. Watery even. That’s almost the problem: much of Liz Café(such as the façade, interior, coffee machine, grinder, prices) hints at a strong product, but the reality is more average. That’s not so bad, and better than many cafes in the area. Just not quite as good as one might expect based on looks alone. Hummingbird Deli, on the other side of the green, is a far stronger bet for coffee, cakes and food.

Just a bog-standard café with pretty good panini.

Cute little café on the corner of Shepherd’s Bush Green, a must-go if you’re in the area. The Albanian couple who own the place and their staff are extraordinarily friendly, the homey environment super cozy. Most, if not all, the food is homemade and superb. I tried their veggie lasagna, carrot cake, and latte… all amazing. They have a good range of lunch options and my friend vows by their coffee and meat lasagna. For anyone who also works in the area, this should be the coffee-break place to be :)
