Fairly big shop with lots of variety. The shop gets busy during weekday lunch times, suggest you visit early as they sell out… The staff is never very friendly or helpful :-(

This was ok, the manager said this was just a smal M&S, that was the reason why the meal-deal had no vegetarian lunch options included… :(. My sister and I were a little surprise about that: they are in the middle of a busnisplace, tourist-spot(St. Paulus is nearby) and there were actually 10 different chooses(sandwiches) for vegetarians, so what kind of bread didn’t they have, what the ‘bigger ones’ does. After all we did spare money and did it ok sandwiches, the bread was just a little to old.

This Marks and Spencer Simply Food is a core lunchtime venue. It has a reasonable selection of sandwiches, snacks and drinks. To the left of the tills is a white bench and table seating area where you can eat your lunch which makes it pretty unusual as this isn’t a coffee shop set up.

What a great market. A ton of prepared foods makes this a great stop for any meal. We stopped in after a tour at St. Paul’s and they had an awesome selection of sandwiches, salads, produce, beverages and snacks. It is more than a normal Tesco or other supermarket because of the quality and freshness of the pre-made foods. Great for grabbing breakfast, lunch or dinner. I wish we had more of these type of markets in the States.

Marks & Spencer Simply Foods is one awesome store. What makes this store different from other M&S stores is that Simply Foods sells food, and not clothes or other housewares. It has a huge selection of the most amazing selection of yummy goods. Sandwiches, salads, fruits, vegetables, juices, soups, cereal, biscuits, milk are some of what you’ll find at this location. I purchased a family pack of sandwiches which contained a variety of sandwiches in one large container. The quality of the sandwiches taste extremely fresh and the ingredients used were high quality. Seriously, the sandwiches tasted better than what they served at Kensington Palace for afternoon tea. You can can buy a boxes of M&S biscuits too such as M&S Continental biscuits. They’re excellent quality, however, I wished they used metal containers for all their biscuits instead. Their cardboard container lets air inside, so it doesn’t taste as crisp once you open the box. If you’re ever on the run, grab something from this store, you can’t go wrong.
