First off, this restaurant has several locations in London, but I have only been to the one this one. As such, my comments are for the Balham location specifically.
I have been here several times now, both to dine in and get take-​away. It has been consistently good, both in terms of the quality of the food and the service. I am not exactly an expert when it comes to Vietnamese cuisine, so I can’t comment on how authentic it is.
One thing worth noting is that the take-​away menu is somewhat limited compared with the dine-​in menu.
As far as prices go, this place is fairly reasonable for a London restaurant.
All in all it’s a nice option to have when you don’t feel like leaving the neighborhood.
