It was January 3rd 2011 and most businesses in the City were still closed due to the extra bank holiday. Yet, I was in the City and I was hungry, and after a while of roaming around I finally found this little deli… halleluja!
I ordered the «London» sandwich, which is basically a club sandwich with pastrami and mozzarella cheese. When I received the sandwich all nicely wrapped up, I was quite happy of the relatively substantial weight of it — I was looking forward to a yummy lunch!
Well…it was ok. But it was nothing special really as I had hoped for. In fact, I was a little disappointed as for £4.20 I had expected something more jaw-dropping…or am I expecting to much of life?
