Premier Inn

I wouldn’t ever come here again. The service was ridiculously slow. It took me 25mins to check in. We waited 1hr30min for our food, which was just downright disgusting. Tasted like stale cardboard.
The rooms had a weird smell and the bed was very basic and not particularly comfortable.
The only thing it has going for it is the location. Close to the station and all the great restaurants on upper street.

Great location and reasonably priced (for London) if you book far enough in advance.
The room was actually larger than I expected and had a phone (some PIs don’t).
The window was locked shut but the room had air-​conditioning and could also be heated up quite quickly. Free wifi for 30 mins per day is great or 10 GBP for a week is a lot cheaper than most hotels.
Breakfast was good and reasonably priced with a good choice that even included porridge made to order.
The staff were helpful and arranged a reliable private-​hire taxi (a rare find in London).
It’s a great location, right next to the N1 shopping arcade and the 02 Academy. A short walk to plenty of bars, shops, restaurants and Angel tube station.
