Specialties
Randall & Aubin has a reputation for serving excellent seafood but our menu also includes our favorite classic French and British dishes. We have been described as the original Parisian Diner and delicious fruit de mer platters, fresh oysters, lobsters and succulent rotisserie chicken are all part of our repertoire.
Our head chef Ed Baines creates all our menus with a focus on clean, simple recipes. All our suppliers are carefully sourced and we insist on fresh daily deliveries of delicious, quality produce.
History
Established in 1996.
Perfectly placed on Brewer Street in the busy heart of Soho, Randall & Aubin has, over the past 16 years, become one of the landmark restaurants in this vibrant part of London.
Randall & Aubin was established as a butcher’s shop in 1911 by Morin Randall & Cavenur Aubin selling only the best produce to be found in London and Paris, very quickly becoming one of the finest butchers in town, supplying The Ritz and The Savoy as well as being frequented by London’s high society — including Sir Winston Churchill.
At Randall & Aubin today we strive to continue in the same tradition of excellence serving fresh, delicious food, carefully sourced from smaller, local suppliers wherever possible. To that, we’ve added our retro disco ball, some great sounds, and a team of attentive, slick and professional staff who make sure we deliver great food in an ambiance that defines us as one of Soho’s favourite restaurants.
