I had heard from a big group of coworkers that Spaghetti House has good food and so decided to try it out myself. I ordered the lasagna and was vastly disappointed! It was extremely soggy, the flavor barely there, and just drowned in what seemed liked cream(maybe it was the pasta layers becoming mush as it was so soggy). The caprese salad’s tomatoes were with no flavor, the mozzarella was ok. Friends ordered a pizza(not impressed) and spaghetti with tomato sauce(which got decent marks). I wouldn’t recommend this place, though I have to say the staff were very friendly!

We were hungry after the theatre and popped in here. The staff were very nice and helpful and service was fast. However, the food turned out to be rather bland and unappealing. My spaghetti bolognese was quite devoid of flavour, even a liberal application of fresh pepper, parmesan and salt didn’t help much. The pasta was cooked to just the right consistency, but that didn’t really help the bland sauce along at all. Overall we had a nice stay here, but the food really disappointed, so probably not going to be back.

Walked right in with no booking on a cool and rainy evening. Staff was wonderful to the kids and genuinely happy to have us all. Food recommendations were spot on and extremely tasty. Kids gobbled up their pizza, spaghetti, and gelati! Adults ate all the pasta and drinks! Overall very good food and very nice place to go!

This was one of the better meals we had in London(though admittedly we weren’t seeking out high-end restaurants). My wife had a salmon dish and my daughter and I split a portion-for-2 spaghetti dish. Everyone liked their food and we finished all of it. Service was pretty good. We didn’t have to wait long for the food or the check. The location is very convenient to Trafalgar Square. I would eat here again if we returned to London.

Was hoping to see a show in Leister Square — but everything was sold out. Saw the Spaghetti House & thought the name was way too ‘chain-like’ to be any good. But, they had arancini on the outside menu & i had to try it. Really good! They give u 2 for an app. I could have had 5 for a meal & been very happy. Waiting on my Margharita pizza now. 2 courses for $ 9’95. So far so good. Bummer — Margharita pizza was… wet. It was like someone spilled some water on it or something. Not hot. Other than that I guess next time I’ll just stick withthe Arancini.

Waiters wandering around, we wait on a Weds eve to be acknowledged and be seated. After ten mins of avoiding eye contact with us, a waiter approaches and asks how many we are. Two. He gestures downstairs, although there are unreserved tables available upstairs we head on down ahead of him. Once down there are only tables of 4 – 6 empty, all dirty and full of empty plates. I turn around as if to enqire what he meant and the waiter had Disappeared. I wait a few moments before going upstairs. I wait another few moments as he walks past me several times clearly ignoring me. I go to the bar and look around for some sort of feedback form. He comes up to me and I ask for one. He said they do not exist. I ask for a number/address/website. He said there is no such way to leave feedback. I say, I mean, I could find this all out on the internet, but I’d rather he told me. *blank face* … Take a good look at his name badge and leave never to return.

Not bad for a chain restaurant. Was expecting a nice big bowl of spaghetti but got a much smaller one. Did not walk out hungry but wouldn’t rush back either.

After walking by many Spaghetti Houses over the last few months in London, I decided to go to one of them to see how they actually are. In general, I don’t really like chains, but this seems to be a quite small chain at least ;) So I went to the Spaghetti House near Charing Cross and ordered — yes — Spaghetti. Starting with some bread, a wine, and ending with strawberry mousse. Actually, I really enjoyed my meal there! Although«my» waiter forgot my main and had to ask again when he served my starter, I really liked him. so I did not mind. Altogether I can recommend going to Spaghetti House. The menu read interesting, so I will go there again to try something else …

Ok, so I guess whether you’re in the U.S. or the U.K. or freaking the Fiji Islands, if you go to a restaurant that specializes in a certain type of dish or cuisine, one should probably stick to ordering that. With that being said… My fiancé and I walked in to get lunch(and to get out of the rain). We weren’t really in the mood for pasta and we saw that they had a «meat platter» for two on their menu that consisted of roast chicken, steak, lamb chops and some other meaty things. Sounded wonderful! Too bad it was lackluster in flavor. Everything just tasted kind of gamey and greasy. For it being almost 18 pounds a person, it was sooo not worth it. Service was ok… nothing too special. I won’t write off Spaghetti House completely. I know this place is a chain so if I ever were to return, I’ll stick to pasta.

The thing about Spaghetti House is that I always think of it as one of those pizza /Italian pasta places you get scattered throughout New York and the surrounding boroughs. As a result I never go in. Well on this occasion I really fancied a pizza and this place was staring me in the face so I finally succumbed to trying them out. I ordered the Caprino e prosciutto which consisted of tomato, mozzarella, ham, goat’s cheese and cherry tomatoes. Now I am quite a pizza fan tending to prefer them thin and extra crispy with loads of topping. This pizza was almost there. The exception was the toppings which was a little thin and mostly tomato base and not enough mozzarella.
