I very much dislike giving negative reviews. But having visited this location twice, I feel that I must. The wait time has been incredibly long on both of my visits. I wasn’t sure if this was a fluke, so I’ve been looking in on the store every time I shop at Tesco, which is in the same mall. Never less than three haggard looking customers waiting for the two or three representatives present.
If the store hires more staff, I am sure the situation will improve. In the meantime, I advise visiting another location, or heading to the Carphone Warehouse just a few steps away.
