Thai-An makes a great beef phở for chilly days with a very large serving for £7. It’s warms me up perfectly and is a generous portion. They also do £5 for a generous portion of Chinese food with noodles or rice and a few toppings of vegetables and meat. I like the chicken wings with noodles. This place is good value for a weekday lunch and the phở is great!

What can I say? We wandered in here after dropping off a package and found £5 lunches of yummy-smelling foods. The service was buffet-style of greasy, delicious, varied Asian fare: Thai, Malaysian, Chinese, Vietnamese… but served up fast and cheap and easy to takeaway. I got the BBQ pork with fried rice and lemongrass chicken(«SPICY!!!», it said. Oh, England…) The fried rice was pretty heavy on the oily side, but the BBQ pork was crispy and had little crunchy nibbly bits around the edges. The lemongrass chicken was mildly spicy, as long as you didn’t actually eat the hot red chilis and tasted alright. Decent, though I might not get that one again; it wasn’t bad at all. I really wouldn’t mind trying some of the yummy phở I saw a guy nomming. Overall: fast, cheap with friendly service. £5.50 for a small box with 2 meats, 1 veg and rice or noodles.(fried rice, steamed rice or lo-mein noodles). I’d hit it again.

Came at 7 and it was empty which was great. The food was okay and the portions were very generous. I wish the curry had coconut milk but that’s a miniscule aspect. Food otherwise was good.

Great food, great service and great prices!!! The staff are really friendly and this sets the mood for me. You just know whether it’s going to be a good or bad experience. The food as a previous review states is a mix of thai and Malaysian. I went with 3 mates so we shared a salt and pepper squid, chicken wings, prawn toast and chicken and Thai salad with prawn crackers. All of which was amazing. 3 of us then had a green Thai curry and the 4th mate had a Malaysian curry. All served with rice. Both currys were super nice… a quick tip is that the green Thai is slightly spicy. The bill for 4 starters, 4 currys with rice and 8 drinks was £54. For central London that is dirt cheap. The portions are nice and large with plenty of meat. This place is a must try. X

This is a restaurant that offers takeaway and eat-in. The owners are originally Vietnamese, but they offer some Chinese/Malaysian/Thai dishes(i.e. Malaysian Chicken Curry, Fried noodles). You can have takeaway boxes starting from £4 a pop and phở to go for £4.75. Make I love about this place is that right next door, they have a mini Asian market where you can buy all of your Asian grocery needs without needing to run to Chinatown. They stock everything from those nifty 10 kg bags of rice(which my very relieved boyfriend will no longer have to carry from Leicester Square) to Nuoc Mam, noodles, sushi supplies. They have some fresh produce as well, including hand-picked Thai basil and chilli. Love this place already. Next time I’ll have to try the char siu buns and the banh cuon!

This is a Thai Takeaway located off Chapel Market, its very Convenient if you want a quick takeaway to enjoy at the local park or take back to the office or home, its also a well stocked mini supermarket. I am a happy customer of their Thai lunchtime takeaway boxes. Very tasty and well-priced, e.g. £4.70 for a large box of Thai Green Curry with Rice. hmmmmmm VERYTASTY.
