Every man needs a good barber. I went through years of shaving my own head, so when the decision to get my hair cut into an actual style rather than ‘stubble all over’, I was thrilled to find The Palace Barber Shop.
The chaps in there are friendly, efficient and very capable. I get an identical hair cut every time I go in, and to me, and it’s this consistency that is the main reason I go back again and again.
That, and the fact they do a pretty fly beard trim and ‘edge-up’ job.
Hair cut and beard trim costs £15.50 every 4 weeks, I think is pretty reasonable.

What a friendly service that was also swift, efficient, and very good. Also great prices and open on Sundays!
Barber listened to what I wanted and kept checking in that everything was as I wanted. Also provided a wet switchblade neck shave.
Glad to find this catch in the neighbourhood. Now I’ve found my regular barber!
