Tiffin and Fresco Italian

In our opinion this company is THE lowest common denominator of pizza delivery operators.
Absolutely dreadful in every way. Firstly we were kept waiting for 1 and a half hours for pizzas, that when they did arrive were an insult to the concepts of value for money and acceptable cuisine.
Both of our 17″ Tiffin And Fresco Italian «pizzas» consisted of a stale wafer thin bases on which we struggled to find anything that resembled a reasonable topping.
When the delivery man finally turned up, he was unapologetic, and argumentative to the point of downright hostility when questioned as to why delivery had taken so very long. On being politely asked whether wed receive a discount for such awful service, the delivery man responded (in barely understandable English) «you have had one, we had to throw other pizza away as we could not find you, we give you new pizza».
Yes, thats right. They thought they were doing us a favour by delivering a dreadful pizza, one and a half hours late to an address which is brightly illuminated with great big neon lights and whose very name is spot lit. Unsurprisingly, no other delivery company has failed to find our address.
On calling the company to complain we were once again greeted by someone whose communication skills were sub-​par and when another person did eventually come on the line they brushed aside all complaints with the glib statement «this how people want pizza».
We beg to differ and would urge any other potential customers to avoid spending a single penny with the outstandingly bad Tiffin And Fresco Italian «pizza».
