What is actually in that red sauce stuff that you get from the Indians? It’s kind of spicy, kind of cool and has bits of. well…stuff in it. I can’t describe it, but if it was sold in Asda, I can safely say I would steer well clear.
However, when it is smothered all over my chips on the walk home from the pub on a Saturday night, it is the greatest culinary creation ever. Not so much the next morning though.
This take away is a really popular one in the area, and does some awesome chips and sauce which are just the ticket after a heavy night on the ale. The staff in here must have the patience of saints because they get a fair share of folk slebbering over the counter at the weekend.
Great wee take away, highly recommended!
