A terrific pub & eating venue. It’s slightly out of Bamber Bridge at the north end of the town, but well served by Preston to Bolton buses. If I lived more within striking distance, I’d love to treat friends to food & beer.

Owned by the same people who own the Hospital Inn and the Beaumont. Very friendly pub/​restaurant with lots of choices from two menus. Good selection of beers and wines.
We eat here if we cant get a table at the Hospital Inn. Informal atmosphere, but very good food and service.
Not usually a problem getting a table and lots of room if there is a group of you.
