The most unproffesional company I have ever delt with, one star is too much! I rented a three bedroom house in crawley with a garage, on moving in I discovered the garage door was broken and beyond repair, the response was we just said there was a garage, not that it was fuctional. I have now left the property but it took SEVEN WEEKS to get my deposit back, I had to escalate the issue to the Managing Director Julian Wells
I would strongly advise everyone not to use Choices, a very very unpleasent experience.
