They did an amazing job on all my carpets that look new again. So happy I listened to other reviews and had them come out. Also very happy that I got an appointment when I called them at the last minute. The guy that came out was quick and friendly.

This is the second time we’ve used spiker and we’ll continue using them every time! Gary is friendly and does a great job, they spend extra time letting you know what they’re doing and I always get the stairs cleaned as well, they know I’m ocd and always get both sides haha

We had our carpets cleaned today by this company. While the price was a bit high from what I am used to, they did a great job. Our female dog had a couple accidents in my sons room which triggered the cleaning and after they finished we could not smell anything and they scotchgaurded it as well. The guys who came out were very nice and outgoing. We would recommend them!

Fantastic Job! Couldn’t be happier. Gary did a fantastic job, was very thorough in his explanation of the different services and took his time to ensure a very detailed job! I was impressed with the little details as well, like trimming any frayed areas of the carpet! Will use every time now.

Got my carpets done today, this is my second time through this company and I will never go anywhere else! Anthony and the other guy were super accommodating and did excellent work! This is the most professional carpet cleaning buissiness out there.

Giving a 5 star review and they are still here cleaning; that is how good they are doing. I have hired other cleaners in the past but damn, no one has come close to even doing this good. And my carpets were pretty bad with pet urine and stains.
I would not only hire them again for all my carpet cleaning I have no problem recommending them to anyone.

I had a great experience with Spiker Carpet & Tile Care! Gary did a great job! He was on time, prepared and very knowledgable about the care of carpets and tile. Gary got all the stains out from my parent’s old carpets. He was also extremely kind and very attentive to any questions we had.
Overall great carpet service, the carpets in my parent’s home look ten years younger, and my parent’ carpets are OLD and have suffered every stain in the book that five kids can damage!
My parents also installed new tile about six years ago, and the grout has gotten dirty but they were able to revive and clean them as if they were freshly installed and grouted!

Gary did a fabulous job. Super friendly and excellent service. Cleaned our 2 story house including our stairs. He made our carpets look great. 5 stars for sure. He took care of the dog potty spots and even gave us some potty solution for future use.

Booking can be done online which is so convenient. I love that it is a scheduled time and not an appointment window of like 7 hours (I hate when other companies do that!) I got a text reminder the day before service and early the day of service.

Loved their service! Before cleaning day, Brian came out to our residence and walked us through the process of what was going to be done. He’s very knowledgeable about his trade and it was great to know about the different tools and techniques that he uses, and was very open about what he expected and how to to care for our carpet after he was finished.
On cleaning day he was very efficient and did an amazing job! He and his colleague Gary cleaned the carpet and the results were like when we first moved into the house. We were so grateful for his work!

Both times they’ve come to our house, they’ve been so friendly, prompt and do an excellent job. My little 950 square foot house is always done in an hour and they manage to be very thorough.

Spiker did a great job on our family room and master bedroom carpets. We’ve been in our house for almost a year and we have no idea when they were last cleaned so decided to have them done before family arrived for the holidays. After having a horrible experience with a carpet cleaner at our former home, I was wary, but these guys were terrific. I spoke to Brian by phone and then Gary came to provide the service. They were friendly, professional and went above and beyond to make our house look great. We had Gary clean a chair and ottoman while he was here and he did a terrific job.
I will definitely use these guys again and highly recommend.

I live in a rental that has a very low grade carpet and they look like new after Gary came and gave a deep cleaning and some TLC. He arrived on time for our appointment and got right to work explaining my options and prices. Gary was very informative and personable to work with. I found them on Facebook Lodi 411 page and then checked out his Unilocal reviews before booking. Their user friendly online booking system worked very easily when I booked my appointment and my daughters. We will be using Spiker Carpet for any future cleanings. Thanks Gary for doing such awesome work.

Very happy with our services from Spiker!
Our landlady required us to get the (way-overdue-for-replacement-and-you’re-honestly-wasting-our-time) carpets cleaned upon move-​out, and we decided to grudgingly oblige with the help of Spiker. We were able to get a deal through Groupon to save on the base maintenance cleaning, and after Gary arrived and discussed the package options, decided to add on the deep-​cleaning service while still saving about $ 100 overall.
Gary was great, super personable, and commiserated with us on the woes of being a renter. I was doing yardwork while he worked on the carpets, and when I mentioned to my husband that I couldn’t find our gardening gloves, Gary loaned me a brand-​new pair from a pack he just bought. That above-​and-​beyond level of customer service, and really just being a friendly and decent human being, is shockingly hard to find! To top it off, Gary threw in the pet cleaning solution that wasn’t included in our package, finished all four rooms of our 900sq ft place in about 30 minutes, and left it looking and smelling fantastic.
This isn’t the kind of service you need often, but even if you’re considering having an annual cleaning just to freshen up your place, I couldn’t recommend Spiker more.
