Very friendly sales, parts, and finance staff, and they gave me a good price on our new travel trailer. BUT, the mark of a good dealership is not how they treat you before or even during the sale, but how they treat you AFTER the sale. When we took our RV home off the lot, we noticed a funny smell in the trailer and there was no power at all. So, we plugged the RV power cord into our RV power outlet that we had professionally installed a few months back by a very reputable local licensed electrician. The trailer started smoking and the electrical went haywire. We promplty unplugged the power cord and cut all sources of power. We quickly called All Valley RV and they said we had plugged the power cord into a bad outlet; one with too much power causing a power overload on the converter. So, we took the RV in for repair and All Valley was able to cover the shorted out microwave under warranty, but not the power converter ($ 291) since it was our fault for plugging it into a bad outlet. OK, fair enough, until I had my electrician come back to double-​check the outlet after we brought the RV back home. He was 100% certain the outlet was fine and was only supplying the necessary power. In fact, he was so certain, he plugged in the RV power cord again, and what do you know, everything worked perfectly. We ran the TV, the AC, and the appliances for a good 15 minutes with no problems at all. When I told All Valley RV, they still insisted the outlet was bad and was supplying too much power. I said, then how come the new converter you just replaced isn’t overheating and smoking like the previous one? If the outlet is bad and supplying too much power, wouldn’t this converter and every future one get vaporized too? They didn’t have an answer for me, just that it wasn’t a bad converter to begin with and that it was still basically my fault, BUT IT WAS A BAD CONVERTER! They did, after some negotation on my part, give me back $ 250 in store credit, which is the only thing preventing this from being a 1-​star review. They would not refund the $ 291 new converter cost and acted like they were doing me a favor with the store credit. Again, I think there are good, friendly people that work at All Valley RV, but they shoud not be so quick to blame their customers when problems like this come up. I am very disappointed in how we were treated AFTER the sale, so for that reason, I would NOT recommend this dealership.

Excellent excellent service!!! Armando special ordered a Fastway specialty shank that Fastway said I needed based on receiver tube height and trailer coupler height. After installing the new shank to the hitch head, I found that I couldn’t level the truck nor trailer and the worst part was that I only had 4 inches of ground clearance to the bottom of the shank. I reverted back to the original E2 shank that came with my 6k hitch. I called Armando the next day and asked for some hitch help and he said I could come by and talk with John their hitch expert. At no cost, John spent 30 mins with us inspecting and advising our weight distribution setup. He explained to us that the specialy shank we bought would be ok if we were planning to lift our truck by 6 inches. He said that the setup was just fine since the truck was level and that the trailer was within the 3 inches of being level. Also mentioning that he’d prefer the trailer slightly higher in the front than lower in the front. This is due to tail shimmy when trailers are towed when the front is lower than the back. Additionally, he advised us on where we could go to get our LP tanks recertified since we didn’t have OPD valves. He did find an issue w our locking coupler that we are going to have him repair in the upcoming weeks. Overall, his safety tips and towing insight were extremely helpful.
After John completed his inspection, I made my way back to Armando in parts to talk to him about the special ordered shank. In general, I would think special orders typically mean no returns. I told Armando about the situation and without hesitation he said no problem with returning it. Thank you Armando for letting me return this $ 100 special order Fastway shank.
These guys were so friendly and helpful! We are relatively new to trailers and really appreciated all the good information. Thank you Armando and John from All Valley RV.

special thanks to Rick for all his help and Patience as we walked the site not one time but three times looking at everything, he explained things about each coach and offered suggestions and was not impatient or annoyed (we hope), we settled on a trailer and switched to another two days later with no issues or problems. we recommended this place to friends and they were also pleased with the Staff that attended to them and they also purchased a unit from them.
there was no pressure to buy and the staff was attentive and friendly at all times.

We bought our Jayco travel trailer here and are pleased. They are easy to work with. Of course they are salespeople, but reasonable. Not too pushy. I think they worked with us pretty good to get us the best product for us. Will return when we upgrade.

Came looking for an RV in a certain price range and found it! The salesmen are so nice and explain everything very well. Purchasing it was so easy too! It’s so much fun to travel and have your home with you! I highly recommend All Valley RV. Go and get your modern day covered wagon and go on an adventure!

We bought our toy hauler this weekend at All Valley RV and I couldn’t be happier with the service we received. RJ was our salesman, and by the time it was all said and done, he felt like family. We will definitely be going back for all our Trailer needs.

I bought my trailer from All Valley RV. I wanted to shop local. I found a trailer we liked and bought the extended service plan. The finance manager told us it was a bumper to bumper. Never explaining that only meant moving parts, not anything inside the trailer. The furnishing are apparently on us. I found a piece inside the recliner was not fastened at all. The nails are driven into space? All Valley RV said the manufacture will not fix the chair and All Valley will not stand by the product either. I have had this trailer in for service 10 times? Did they sell me a lemon? I have a hard time reaching the service department, leave a message and never get a call back? I shopped local and wish I hadn’t.

Just bought our first RV. A Jayco. Very nice salesman, RJ. Took us out and shown the difference with all the coaches and helped us out. We just went to look and left with a sweet RV. Thanks All Valley.

Useless place! Over priced car salesman! Will not negotiate on their high priced campers! What they say is «you’re living out of your means» who are they to decide what my means are! You’d think they might want to make a sale and come down a little. Also they will not do warrenty work on your rv or trailer if you did not buy it from them. Even if they sell your brand trailer. It’s a shame they have lost me as a customer forever. I’ll make the drive to get service respect and honesty.

So grateful and surprised to find our former salesman, RANDY CRAFT employed here as we searched for a new RV. We knew we would get an honest answer when asking WHAT to purchase. He pointed, we walked in and after going through the RV with us, a brand new Big Horn #3875 was ours. Owner Bruce watched my purse for me, thanks Bruce! Lol

Unless these guys are willing to come down on their prices, they are overpriced on their campers and they make you call to find out their «sales price.» But then EVERY human being should know that right? I just purchased a NEW 2014 Jayco White Hawk 20 MRB (not even remotely used) across the border for $ 20,900. These guys have one on their lot for almost $ 31,000. Talk about profit! Jayco doesn’t even list these things for that much on their website. Granted the dealership can set their own prices once they get them from Jayco, but that’s outrageous. Unless they’re giving you top dollar on your trade and/​or waving some things, they need to do a bit better. I saved almost $ 10 grand in another location and it was worth it. There are too many places out there desperate to move their inventory and actually quite nicer. Oh, and by the way, stay away from salesman «Troy Padgett.» He’s a real jerk. No class at all and your typical salesman. He actually insulted me when I told him that I got a better deal elsewhere and then he tagged his email back to me with, «Happy trails in your White Hawk!!!» What a loser. No wonder people hate California. I hope his boss sees this review and if he IS the boss then steer clear of All Valley RV Center in Acton, CA.

If you need the professionals to help you, this is the spot. Sale, Service and parts are the best. Regina, Greg and Jon in service, Jason and the others in parts and Eric in sales along with those who you don’t see or talk to are some of the best people you will ever come across. Very helpful, friendly and they will go out of their way to see that your needs are taken care of. I can’t say enough to praise this RV store. I have been to other RV stores and they treat you as just another number on a repair order, but not All Valley. They treat you with respect and give you the red carpet treatment. They will personalize their service to you. They are the cats meow.

All Valley RV service had my Jayco for three weeks and were unable to diagnose two obvious manufacturer’s defects. Jayco sent someone to my house to correct what All Valley RV inept service department was unable to accomplish.
As an update… the Jayco factory service department won’t let me go to All Valley RV service anymore!

I bought a 2012 Rv from these guys and this was by the far the best Rv dealer in So Cal I’ve encountered. As a matter of fact I had gone looking for an RV in late 2010 and then geared up again in 2012. I traveled around So Ca looking to trade in what I had bought from a big RV dealer in Orange county, then I remembered this great Sales Person named Eric and I returned and I had forgotten how great these guys.
They are trustworthy, honest and patient. They were cool, never pushed me nor did i feel I was being jerked around by some questionable character looking to make a quick sale.
I didn’t feel the nagging pressure you get from other dealers, all very laid back. The Salesperson I had was the best, I felt like I was dealing with a buddy. In fact I still chat with him from time to time — I’ve never done that with another sales person.
That’s why I went back to him a year and half after I met him. The finance guy,
I think it was Steve, was also cool, presented us with options but did not try the scare tactics to get you buy things you don’t need.
I had an issue with the AC on my rig, they jumped right on it and solved it. Had a few other minor issues and they stuck by their word and resolved it no questions asked.
They gave me great trade in price on my rig too. But best of all I love my new Jayco!
Can’t recommend them and enough and the Jayco products!

I gotta give a big thumbs up to this place. I have dealt with sales, service and parts and they all hit a home run!
I was looking to buy a camping trailer, private party. I had some questions about what to look for and check and called various dealers for some advice. Since I was not buying a trailer from them, no one was too eager to help. But, All Valley RV was different.
I talked to Eric in sales and he went over what to check. He also gave me an idea on costs to service anything or perform a general check of the trailer. He did tell me that he could get me in something comparable for about $ 10k if my private party deal did not work out. This was not pushy, he just put it out there to let me know. His advice really helped me out.
I got the trailer and ended up needing some parts, including an awning piece that I broke. I was really put off by our local Camping World and decided to make the trek out to Acton to All Valley RV.
They had all the parts I needed. As for the awning piece, they had the part but I had to drill out the broken piece and install the new one. They rooted around in back and found me a whole new arm with the part already attached, making the replacement of this part effortless.
I also talked to Craig in service about the awning, I did not know how to work it correctly which is why I broke the part in the first place. Craig spent the time and showed me how to open the awning properly.
A week later, I found out there had been a recall in the fridge in the trailer. I called Camping World (All Valley was not on the manufacturers list of authorized recall service locations) and was told it would be a 2 week wait to get in and I would have to leave it with them all day.
I called All Valley RV and they told me yes, they can do the recall work as they are authorized by the fridge manufacturer (Dometic). They told me to bring in the trailer and they would do it while I waited, about a half hour. So I pulled it in and they got right to work fixing the fridge.
I had some other questions about working the components of the trailer and Craig spent time with me and went over how to work them. I did not buy the trailer from them and I was not paying for this so he really had no obligation to me.
Yet, he spent a good half hour with me going over how things worked. I also found my car battery was not charging the trailer battery. Craig brought out a tester and found my charge line was dead. He then helped me find the bad fuse in my car that was causing the problem. Total cost of my service bill that day: $ 0
I can’t say enough good things about All Valley RV. They are in Acton, which is a hike for me in the SCV, but it’s not that far and the level of service I have received here has been outstanding.

Very few RV dealers exist near the San Fernando Valley, so this was a bit of a trek out here to see them. You must enter through the sales office if you want to view the RVs. Of course, that means a sales rep will be on your tail the whole time. At least a had someone knowledgeable! Their selection lacks big time. I was hoping for much more. There was not a single RV on the lot that fit my needs.
