The people were really friendly and for a nice smaller store i thought it would be more expensive. I ended up getting a dog sweatshirt on clearance for only 5 bucks!

My husband and I have been working with Debbie, the dog trainer, for several weeks now, and I can’t say enough about how amazing she’s been and how generous and helpful she’s been with her training. I honestly can’t believe my luck in landing such a good and warm-​hearted (as well as talented!) trainer. Five stars for Debbie (and the store, which is also great)!!!

The staff is very helpful and friendly at this store, I love how they encourage customers to bring their dogs in. I signed up for the training classes. Debbie the trainer is wonderful, very knowledgeable, and she helped me train my puppy, as a first time dog owner, I had no clue where to start.

I’ve heard great things about this store, however the biggest thing for me is customer service. When you’re supposed to open at 9:00 and no one is there by 9:15 you lose customers. I will find my pet products elsewhere at a more reliable location.

I really like this store. The employees are very friendly, helpful, and know a lot about pet nutrition. They have a large selection for cats and dogs, especially of reasonably priced, high quality pet food. Lots of cute toys – we love the Star Wars collection.
I would give 5 stars, but they don’t have very much for small animals, birds, reptiles, etc. This may improve since their sales are down currently due to construction. On the other hand, they currently have lots of excellent clearance prices in cat and dog merchandise.

Stumbled into this store to use their bathroom and discovered a mecca of animal products! Not to mention some very nice and clean bathrooms! I love a place with changing tables in both the men and women’s rooms. Very nice. Our dog was thrilled to smell all the smells, and we had a good time picking through the huge assortment of toys, treats, and foods. The treat/​food selection was really amazing and quite reasonably priced. Especially for natural food products. We got some new treats and some really great toys on clearance for $ 3 each. Score!

Big selection for a small store — had exactly what I was looking for: Natural Balance Vegetarian (vegan) dog food and Zuke’s Z-​Bones. Great customer service — really kind and helpful.
