Love this place !! The best pastries ever! So luxurious and creamy and delicious. The Italian owner is good fun too and always has a fun story to share. He will also give a sample to new customers because he knows you’ll be hooked after one bite. ;-) All the cakes are so fresh and their incredible cream puffs(which are my favorite) are literally brought out as they are made. Can’t beat that. When I am really treating myself, this is where i go! 5 stars all the way. :-)

Some of the best pastries ever! Really a great place for desert. Cory was a great help and friendly. Couldn’t say more good things about it. Try Carrara.

Holy yum, batman! If you ever have the urge to tell your diet to fuck off… go here and stuff your face full of carbs and sugar. The mini tarts, lobster tails, and other things I can’t pronounce will not disappoint. Each item is better than the next. Go here… now! Seriously… stop What you’re doing and go!

First time here for father in law birthday cake… was offered some cream puff pastry by the staff as we waited for our cake to be written on. My husband got a small portion of Croccantino — chocolate mousse, hazelnut mousse and sponge cake with carmel drizzle… decadent…4 stars The Golosa cake was 8 inch at $ 30, one can up size to 9 inch for $ 3 more. Also comes in ¼ sheet and half sheet but will set you back $ 40/$ 70 respectively. (Written by husband)

Great pastries. Reminded me of my trip to France. Highly recommend. The cream puffs are amazing. Took family from out of town and everyone loved it.

I’ve heard a lot of great things about this place. Yesterday I was on the way to Zumba beach and my friends wanted to stop by here to get cream puffs and cappuccino. They offer a free cream puff on your first visit. I tried the frittelle and it was amazing! Simply wow! It was sweet and tasty. They make every pastry from scratch! I would definitely stop by here every time I wanna go to the gym to grab some coffee and a pastry!

Guysssssssssssssssss I am in LOVE with this place. It’s near my work so I typically come for their iced lattes(strong, balanced, and not sweet – exactly how I like ‘em), but today I ordered an apricot cookie as well and GODDAMN. Perfectly light and fresh and delicately sweet, and it pairs superbly with the latte. And because the customer service here is on point(seriously, they are the kindest humans and very warm), I was offered a free taste of this delicious rum-soaked sponge cake pastry and it was 100% UG YES-worthy. So moist and sweet with a little raspberry on top – perfection! Highly recommend this spot for all of your espresso and baked good needs. I have been seriously woo’d. *insert thumbs up emoji*

This bakery is Italian owned by two brothers from Tuscany. The fritelle seems to be the favorite, but I enjoy having a cream puff or fruit tart and an espresso. I had the cheesecake today and it is one of the best I have tasted. I love all styles of cheesecake. The version you’ll find at Carrara is light and silky. One of the pastry chef brothers was featured on the Food Network and made it to the final round of the show. This bakery was one of the highest rated businesses on Unilocal in the country. There’s another, larger location in Moorpark that serves gelato and has table service for food.

Great selection of yummny desserts and good customer service! I tried Carrara for the first time on Friday and I am so happy to have discovered this GEM! I ordered the Trilogia at the store and it has three layers of chocolate mousse(white, milk and dark chocolate) in a square cup. The chocolate is intense and heavenly and I love that it is not too sweet. I also ordered six more pastries to take home and the store attendants were most patient to take the time to explain all pastries. As for prices, small pastries run between $ 5-$ 7 and a whole cake runs from $ 22-$ 40. They also have expresso, cookies and chocolates bar for sales. I am pleased to have found this Authentic Italian bakery in my neighborhood!

Fritelles! Omg, Fritelles! They are the best donut-like cream puff ever. I have had them freshly made and more chilled and I prefer them when they are cold. The cream is so perfect and delicious, heavenly! They also make a delicious Mocha and Hazelnut latte, complete with latte art. Very smooth espresso and perfect sweetness. The employees are also super nice and always offer samples. This is my go to spot on my 30 minute lunch when I need a sweets/caffeine fix!

By far the best bakery in the west valley! Not only is each and every dessert here from cookies to cakes and pastries exceptionally good, the quality and care they put into each and every product is amazing and we’ll worth every penny and calorie. Not much seating so plan on taking it to go or eating outside. Service is stellar as well. Very friendly and knowledgeable of their products. Good coffee and the perfect place to pick up a cake for a special occasion, they are gorgeous. A must stop while in the area!

I had no idea that we had such a cool pastry shop right in Agoura Hills. The lady working there was super nice. When I told her that it was my first time there, she gave me and my friends a frittelle, kind of like a sugar-coated cream puff, as a «little treat»! If you had to get one thing at Carrara, I would definitely suggest the frittelle. I ended up ordering a hazelnut pistachio pastry for myself, which was not too sweet and had lots and lots of nuts. It was good, but not exactly what I expected. The pastry has only a very thin layer of sponge cake and is mostly hazelnut and pistachio mousse. I would have liked a thicker layer of cake. The latte I ordered was pretty standard. It was good, but nothing special I guess. My friends ordered a fruit trilogia and a wild berry yogurt mousse. The trilogia, again, was almost entirely the cream with very little sponge cake. However, the mousse was very good. I appreciated that none of the pastries were very sweet. Overall, the pastries were good albeit a bit pricey. The location is quiet and ambient. I would give the place a 4.5 star rating just because I was slightly disappointed with my hazelnut pistachio pastry. Otherwise, great place with excellent service. I will come back to try the other pastries and cakes.

Bellisima! Everything about this bakery is wonderful. The customer service, the heavenly treats and the taste of Italy. I’ve spent a lot of time in Italy and this place is truly on point. The lovely girl who helped us was as sweet as the pastries and welcomed me with a birthday treat. Even their packaging is top notch. if my waistline could afford it I’d be there everyday! When you go bring someone special because it’s only fair to share these treats.

Absolutely to die for fine Italian pastries, not too sweet, not too decadent. Perfect cappuccino spot! And it’s simply one of the best pastry spots in The Valley. I prefer this locale over the main Simi Valley one because it’s quaint, cute, and has a Euro café vibe.

Love your little store, love the one in Moorpark, too. Even bought a birthday cake for our daughter in law from you. Now, gotta ask you if you would please consider a vegan option. My hubby doesn’t eat milk products and I prefer no dairy. With all the health conscious folks nowadays, the suggestion of a vegan option can be very appealing. How about it? There are many of us and you would increase your product line and business. And we would also be also to partake in your great looking desserts.

I always must come here for my sweet fix around the area. too bad there isn’t one in the LA area. CHITARRA — it’s like a classic sugary donut filled with custard cream. good but filling. RUMBABÁ — ladyfinger-like bread soaked w lots of sweet rum and filled w cream~ yum! a few may give a light buzzzz MINIFRUITTARTS — always delicate and fresh w a nice flaky crust~ bite sized delights*^^ ICEDAMERICANO — strong the way I like
