i brought my car here for tinting. i had just bought my car a week ago. the guy Kalani was really nice and even had one of the guys drop me off at my house up the street while they tinted my car. when i got my car back, i noticed sand, dust, and little bubbles under the tint but i was like whatever, as long as i’m not getting burned by the sun. then, i noticed my door panels were all scratched up. it looked like they took off the panels with a flathead screwdriver, and one of my door panels was put on the wrong way it really pissed me off because 1: its my first brand new car, and 2: a mechanic should know better. when i called, they gave me a lot of run arounds but after about a month of persistence, i met with (i’m assuming) the owner and he said he wanted me to give them the opportunity to make it right and i said okay. i’m usually a really patient person but its been 3 months now, and i’m pretty sure they wont be calling me so here’s my review.

THIS IS THE BEST USED CAR DEALERSHIP! Personalized family service at it’s best. I saw a car on Craigslist, inquired with Kalani and he was so nice. I went down to check out the car and talked to Peter. The old lady at the front who was on the computer and answering phones was so cute. This used car dealership has a mechanic on-​site, tinting available, detailing, and other services available like ordering dashboard covers. This is the best place to buy a used car.
I ended up buying a 2006 Lexus ES330 for a really good price. Kalani helped me to find financing for my car also, such great service.
