I contacted them 3 times by email about having someone picked up at the Oakland airport and being driven to Castro Valley. First was a cost estimate, second confirmed the reservation, third asked what car to look for. They also said «no worry», «yes they will pick person up» and to «look for black car». They were not there! Passenger called them and they said they didn’t know about it and that they were not very good with long range reservations! However, they did send a car to pick him up with a short wait.

When I Googled Town Car service in Oakland CA this is the first company that came up. I was a little worried, communication was difficult because the strong accent made the gentleman hard to understand. But when I gave the address he knew exactly what building I was talking about so I went with it. Upon return my Global Director of Marketing had nothing but good things to say about them. «Excellent service! He really took care of us and was very courteous!» There were no problems with pick-​up. It was a day trip and they needed to be picked up from and delivered back to the airport. I always hope for this kind of service when I arrange for travel for our employees. We will use them again, I will be calling, not using the email for reserving service.

This company is completely unreliable. I took them from Mountain View to SFO and arranged for them to pick me up from my return flight, and emailed them the details. They replied to the email confirming they’d be there («don’t worry» they said), but of course they were not. When I called them from the airport they claimed no knowledge of the booking. It was also very difficult to communicate with them over the phone because their English was so poor.
I later forwarded them the confirmation email they’d sent but they didn’t even bother to reply.
