Ana Paula Ramos

Ana Paula and her squad are fast, thorough, and reasonably priced. I’m a busy guy with a daughter and a couple of cats and I don’t always get around to the cleaning I should do. I’ve used the services of housecleaners throughout the years, but I can say with confidence that Ana Paula delivers the best value for the money. And she’s a sweet person, too.

It’s not often you find a housecleaner that you want to Unilocal about and be Facebook friends with, but it happened to me. When looking to find a new housecleaner 3 years ago some friends recommended Ana & Neverson, a Brazilian husband and wife team. And I’ve been recommending them ever since. They are simply good, honest, hard-​working, reliable people who do an excellent job. There are the occasional things like, a pillow that goes into the wrong pillow case or some dishes that make it into a different cupboard. When we let them know they are quick to add that to the repertoire of knowing how we organize and like things in our home. This story, however, is what had me fall for them… during one of our first cleanings, they accidentally broke our carafe to our coffee maker. Ana was extremely apologetic and asked if she could take the carafe so she could find the same size replacement. She asked if it would be alright to bring it in the morning which was fine with me. She then showed up that afternoon with a new carafe saying, «I realized I had to get this to you or you wouldn’t be able to have your morning coffee!» That was it, that’s when I fell in love. I’ve had other housecleaners who have broken things and simply put them back without saying a word so I found this gesture incredibly thoughtful and refreshing. If you want people of integrity to clean your home, Ana and Neverson are a sure thing.
