AT&T Authorized Retailer

This AT&T just opened two weeks ago. Thus, not everything to serve the customers is available for convenience; i. e, self-​serving kiosks to pay the landline bill. I can still pay my landline bill here.
This business is on a corner lot, facing 5^th Street, and across the street from Chipotle. It is well lit and has plenty of natural light from the outside. From the outside looking in, I thought this retail AT&T dealership was larger than what I expected. It is small, compared to the one on Lakeshore Avenue in Oakland.
Customer service: The three employees were friendly; however, today being a Saturday, there were more customers waiting to be served than employees. Eventually with the recent opening, I can only hope that service will be faster and improvement made, so I can come here to pay my landline bill instead of traveling to Oakland.
Pros: Convenience and plenty of parking spaces near the business. Other retail and dining businesses abound. One stop shopping… whoo hoo!
Con: No self-​serving kiosks yet. Slightly disappointed on that note.
Finally, I talked to one of the employees and I hope they have at least two of those kiosks available in the future. My continuing to check in here to handle my business in the future will result in upping the rating to a four star.
