History

Established in 1997.

In January 1997 I established the Clean Z Rest business. The business began through customer referrals. We are only as good as the quality of our last job and have reaped the benefits of customers’ referrals to their neighbors, friends and family members. We have clients that have moved to other areas in the East Bay and have asked us to follow to their new home. Some of our clients are both commercial cleaning clients and residential clients. The business continues to grow annually. Professional relationships are the backbone to our client base.

Some clients really like clean surroundings. I offer a discount to frequent users of services every six months to benefit those clients. Real estate agents, I understand listing dates. If you give me some time (2 days) I will adjust the schedule to hit your listing date.

Presently, I have two employees. One of my employees has been with me for ten years and the other has been with me for more than one year.

I started this line of work 25 years ago, and have seen many levels of dirt. My assistants are people I’ve known for many years before hiring them. I am an Eagle Scout. I believe all people should have the right to have affordable clean windows and other services my company provides. My business philosophy «you are only as good as your last job.» Rest assured you will be a client for a long time.
