Every time I shop here, I’m helped promptly and informatively. Shay, Bree, and Kiana are all three super nice, and very helpful. I asked them a bunch of annoying questions, and they all three were very patient and understanding. I highly recommend going here for help. And if you get the pleasure of working with either of these three ladies, you’re also in luck!

If I could give this store a negative star, I would! The woman who «helped» me was in the top 5 of the most unprofessional people I ever dealt with. She had no idea how to do her job, and didn’t even attempt to try to find an answer. I don’t know how she still has her job, I hope that Sprint cuts her off, she isn’t a good look for you, Sprint!

Absolutely fantastic service. Renee, the store manager did not stop until you solve every problem. He helped me with contacting customer service and ensuring my phone was set properly for international travel. He was friendly concise and very professional.

Witnessed and experienced terrible customer service. They were rude to an elderly man who had just bought the phone when he needed help setting up his phone. Also general lack of
professionalism and product knowledge. I’m giving them a big thumbs down and one star only because they have a store there.

Manager Renee and Chad are both great at this Sprint location. Helpful and totally was there for me while I was dealing with multiple phone issues and changes. I felt like they were patient and understanding with what I needed! Thanks guys!

WARNING: DO NOT BECOME A SPRINT CUSTOMER. Our purchasing experience was a nightmare. I seriously think that the whole company is evil. I never write reviews, but I feel so conned and infuriated I had to share our experience. I so regret not reading the Unilocal reviews before I walked in, and we were desperate for working phones. The employees there informed us that they were just temporary and the previous day all of the employees at that location quit. The service was so slow, the guys helping us complained about how much they hated their jobs several times. They kept messing up the contracts, and twice I caught the main guy making very suspect mistakes… like trying to sell us a phone that had 16gb for the 64gb price. Then… the whole cut your bill in half promotion seems to be a total farce. We were verbally told that our monthly bill would be cut to $ 50 from $ 100… but now our bill says we are each paying $ 70 a month and not $ 50 (not including the phone leasing fees). It’s so clear to me right now that the customer service reps strategy of being flustered and mixing up the contracts was a strategy to wear us out and just sign to get out of there. I’m ashamed to say it worked and now we feel utterly cheated.

The Store Manager Rene Fragoso was very helpful and attentive to his costumer like us. Me and my friend pay for our bill, its our first visit in this store actually. He explain everything we want to know regarding our service. God bless!

I have been to this location more than a few times, for my son, myself and then again to upgrade our phones. The last two times I have been in there have been memorable in a positive way. Both Dru, the Assistant Manager and America who works there as well were not only incredibly helpful but made the experience of upgrading our phones, and transferring data far from the typical long and monotonous experience it usually is. They were friendly, kind, & helpful. It felt like we were with friends who were taking care of us rather than sales people trying to make a sale.

I had an almost identical experience as Marlis L’s on 4÷11÷15. Three clerks behind the counter (one of the three was a supervisor). An empty store. No one seeming to care if we needed assistance. They were far to busy talking with each other than to assist customers. The supervisor’s demeanor (especially) was off putting. She made us feel like we were inconveniencing them with questions.
We were there to upgrade to an iPhone6 but the price in store was way more than the online price. When I asked the clerk helping us said she didn’t know what or why there was a difference but she knew their price was higher.
We left frustrated and confused. We ended up ordering the phone online for store pick up. Why decided to go back to this store because of convenience but next time I’ll drive a few extra miles. Initially they said they did not have the order and said they didn’t have the phone. Once, the email confirmation was produced they suddenly «found» the phone. So strange. A business that does not want to have anything to do with customers.

What a beat down these people are. Do not switch to Sprint. Save yourself from some stress!

Sprint store at Shoreline Center:
Just went into the store to upgrade to an I Phone 6. Was excited. 3 young women behind counter. No other customers in the store. I went to the middle clerk, she never made eye contact, never asked for my phone #. Conversing with other clerk. Still no eye contact, no request for my #.
She finally said I could request the upgrade on-​line. WOW!
I travel for a living, have been in Sprint stores across the country. Stores that are so busy you have to take a number and wait. Have never been treated with such DISCOURTESY! WOW!
These 3 young ladies either do not care about keeping their jobs, getting a sale or earning their paycheck. So disappointed I didn’t get my new phone today.

I would award zero stars given the opportunity.
They basically lied by saying they would credit $ 140 for each phone number transferred to sprint from another carrier and that the credits would appear on the 3^rd bill.
That proved to be not true at all.
After the 3^rd bill came with no such promised credit, we called and they acted like they never heard of a deal like that. We transferred 2 numbers and were expecting a $ 280 discount as promised.
With several calls in to Sprint they agreed to credit ONLY ONE of the lines and said some bullshit ultimatum like «if you don’t accept this offer, that’s it».
Why would they only offer half of what was promised if they didn’t KNOW FULL AND DAMN WELL that we were owed $ 280 rather than $ 140

I did not have a good experience with this Sprint store over a year ago. The only reason I am upgrading the rating to a 4 star is because of Dylan York, the repair technician.
My Samsung Galaxy S-​3 has not been holding up the charge quite right for a few months now. I bought a battery charger for the phone and still it could not keep my phone charged. Dylan inspected the phone and right away he told me it was due to the framework at the plug-​in on the bottom of the phone. It had a hairline crack, which I could not see. He checked what were the terms of my contract to see if I have protection insurance. Thank goodness I do have the protection insurance. He has placed an order for a replacement phone… a Samsung Galaxy S-​3 in purple. I am glad I kept that insurance. I should be getting the replacement phone in about a week or so. Thanks, Dylan, you’re awesome and very helpful.

Only giving 4 stars because associate Damon was expertly knowledgeable of all the products. He knew all the answers to our questions (we had alot) and had suggestions that met our expectations. If you are concerned about any issues with new plans, switching plans, phone issues etc., go to Damon! The original route we had was to only buy a phone for me but we ended up getting 3! Thank you, Damon you awesome salesman! We were very happy with our phone purchases. The only downside is that we waited for a long time because there were 3 associates that were busy. But other than that, I am a happy customer!

1. THIS IS NOT A SPRINT STORE
I walked into this place and the Employees are more concerned with checking social meda on their own phones than actually dealing with problems. They did not even look up from their phones for about 3 minutes.
After I got someone to look at me they proceeded to tell me that the issue with my phone was with the manufacturer and there was absolutely nothing they could do. This was false. They simply chose to do nothing as it would require them to do some actual work.
Lazy, lethargic, and utterly lost this place is. Beware.

Damon and his staff were very helpful and made upgrading mine and the wife’s phones. Explained all the options and products, could have been a better experience. Will recommend this store to everyone.

Great customer service is always expected, however not always given.
Today at the South Shore Sprint Store great customer services was provided.
Both sprint reps, Sarah and Maleia, handled our service questions, listed to out needs and helped to resolve the issue at hand.
Sarah and Maleia went above and beyond to explain our service plans, billing cycles for changes, and better options available for our business and families needs.
Congratulations to Sprint for finding these two gems!

**** THIS IS NOT A REAL SPRINT STORE ****
This is actually a third party retailer authorized by Sprint to use its name, but a lot of the prices, promotions, fees, etc are completely separate! For example, a real Sprint store will allow you to exchange your new device free of charge. This store charges $ 35. BEWARE! 10 minutes drive to a real Sprint store, so don’t waste your time. I’m actually surprised that this is legal, for a third party to use the same name, logo, dresses, signs, posters, etc — but to have different prices, fees, promotions, etc. How is this possibly legal?

So I got my latest Sprint bill — amazing how incompetent this store is! Charging me for the most expensive data plan (I wanted the cheapest $ 5 plan), charged me for insurance that I didn’t want, kicked me off my Framily plan that already had 10 people, charging me the Easy Pay plan for an iPhone I don’t even have… Beware! Savings can be good, but you really have to do THEIR job for them! Pay attention to your bills.

My friend tried to pay his bill at this store. The clerk would not take a cashier’s check.
He told my friend that the bill can only be paid in cash, and there is a convenience fee of $ 3.
My friend entered the store in a wheelchair because he has only one leg. The
individual could of taken the cashier’s check that was drawn from a local bank.

Brenda and Dylan ARE the BEST! We’ve come here a few times now since the awful experience in SL Marina store due to convenience and are happy we did. They are helpful and share a lot of information about the situation you are there to handle.
Very polite from the moment you enter to the time you leave and they hold the door open for you and welcome you back anytime.
WOW, real customer service! I’m getting spoiled already! hahaha.
Funny, last time we were there, a Mom, daughter, grand daughter came in — fresh from the SL Marina location with the same model phone as us and experiencing the very same problem we did in June/​July. Wow, small world… it was also very nice to validate we weren’t the crazy ppl in that scenario!
