I could care less about customer service, convenient hours, or even the fact that they are A CASH ONLY BUSINESS. My rating is solely based on the fact that they did not clean my clothes.
One of my gorgeous winter white blazers is now beige and the other they just didn’t bother to have a go at (which I’m thankful for). None of the garments clean, dirty, or now a different color were pressed.

I took my mother-in-law’s clothes to this cleaners, in preparation for her funeral. When I arrived, they could not find her clothes, anywhere in the building. After some additional searching, they finally found them. It took two people to bag up her clothes and they took forever to do it, even though there were two other people in line behind me. Then he told me that he didn’t take credit cards. I am from out-​of-​town, so I didn’t know that. Thankfully I had some cash, and he struggled with doing the math to get me the proper change. I wouldn’t go here again.

I am NOT very happy with this cleaners. When I first arrived dropped off my laundry I ask the owner did he take credit cards, he said yes and when I went to pick my clothes up I was told they do not take credit cards. Other than that the people were very nice and courteous inside but I don’t know how that question could have been misleading. It may be my fault for not looking on the front of the business to look for the credit card sign.
