Dunkin’ Donuts

I have been there a lot of time, location is great. It is in the food court. after I eat my sandwich then a coffee from DD.
by the way employees are very quick.

I ordered a veggie egg white sandwich — they gave me a sausage egg white instead, which I didn’t realize until I took a bite and tasted a flavor I didn’t recognize. I had to walk all the way back to the store to complain and get a replacement. I explained their mistake and didn’t even get an apology. Just terrible customer service.

As many already know, my wife is a Celiac. She cannot eat anything with wheat which includes most breads.
This morning, the manager at this location refused to allow her staff to serve my wife a combo #7 (sausage and egg sandwich) without the bread. A request she had completed here and at other Dunkin Donuts countless times was suddenly not permitted. The rest of the staff were apologetic but otherwise powerless to do anything against this manager’s wishes. The manager decided that the difference in packaging was more important than my wife’s dietary requirements.
I asked her to file a complaint under the Americans with Disabilities Act, but she has refused. There are too many other options for a quick cup of coffee to give Dunkin Donuts a second thought.
However, I find this completely unacceptable and am free to share this experience with others in the area. With the number of Celiac’s in this area, it is important to get the word out.
