Pandora Jewelry

No stars. Associate asked me to leave because my stroller was «too big» I can’t believe she actually booted me for Christmas shopping with my daughter. I was going to be fast too knew exactly what I wanted. Awful store with rude workers

I love love love Pandora… This place has a nice selection and the staff is always pleasant and friendly… After the 4^th or 5^th time the lady actually remembered my first name which I was surprised but it could be the unusual amount of Pandora I have that she remembered… I purchased a key to my heart gold and silver charm and the key hanging from the chain broke off… They replaced it without any problem… That’s what I like a store that stands behind their policy!!!

I’ve been here a handful of times to buy gifts. The store is well lit, always clean and welcoming. As you’d expect, they have far more selection here than other jewelry stores who carry the Pandora brand. In addition to the bracelets and a ton of beads, they have a variety of necklaces, pendants, earrings and rings as well.
For some reason, whenever I walk in here, the staff is standing around without much to do. They offer assistance, which I decline… but by the time I do need them, they are all occupied with other customers. I think I just have bad luck. When I am finally able to get their attention back, they are always friendly, helpful and professional. I recently had to make an exchange without a receipt and there were no questions asked. Sweet.
I would like to see some sort of improvement in their displays. The beads are stacked in the display case in trays — maybe 5 trays deep — so that you can’t see anything below the top level without employee assistance. They do offer you catalogs to look at, but I want to see those puppies face-​to-​face in all their 3D glory without making the staff stand by while I try to make up my mind.
