Meet the Business Owner

Frank L.

Business Owner

Frank has been a Capital Region resident for over 30 years, and worked in the restaurant and hospitality business just as long. He graduated from University at Albany in 1982, and operated a number of Chinese and American restaurants.

In 2009, Frank saw Capital Region’s need for elegant Japanese food in an approachable setting, and opened the first Shogun in Delmar. He expanded to the Albany location in March 2012.
