Have yet to see the shop, but certainly will stop in sometime as the over-​the-​phone customer service was super friendly and accommodating. Louis was charming and funny to talk to and came through BIG Time on some really beautiful anniversary flowers for my lady. Absolutely above and beyond; my girlfriend was thrilled. A big thank you to The Enchanted Florist on an outstanding job. Absolutely recommend them highly, as I’m sure they come through for any occasion.

I first noticed this lovely shop while walking around downtown on a First Friday/​Fork in the Road. It has a beautiful store front and the most lovely name so I was immediately intrigued.
We finally visited for the first time months later when we were in the market for floral arrangements for our Easter table. We had the most lovely experience with the owner, Louis. He took time to understand our vision and simply chat to get to know us as new friends and neighbors. I was truly impressed. It was a pleasure to meet him.
A HUGE competitive advantage for The Enchanted Florist is that they have delivery for just $ 5. Such a treat. All businesses should deliver! It look an errand off our plate on a busy holiday weekend that we really didn’t have time to do. Thank you so much! And the woman who delivered the flowers was very professional and kind.
Now on to the flowers… The flowers were absolutely stunning. Beautiful blush romantic roses, a quaint moss garden scene in a crystal bowl I was given as a wedding gift. Everything about the experience was «enchanting.» I will be placing more orders from The Enchanted Florist again in the future.

I looked this business up and selected it because it had so many excellent reviews and I was not disappointed! The gentleman that took my order was extremely helpful and professional. I wanted to send something to my daughter who used to live in Arizona and he recommended a beautiful cactus garden. My daughter absolutely loved it, we will definitely order again. The customer service was amazingly personable and the arrangement was exactly what I wanted.

Florists are typically a place where men feel out of place, and I am no exception. I very much appreciate Louis’s ability to take a kernel of a vaguely-​sketched idea and expand it to a work of art that I could never have described.

I will defintely be coming back here! I stopped in one afternoon, just before closing, not really knowing what I wanted. Louis made a nice arrangement for the money I wanted to spend. Everyone was impressed with the quality and variety in the arrangement. Louis is a super nice guy too, talking with me for a good 30 minutes afterwards. Service like this is pretty rare nowadays.

Louis did the flowers for my step father’s funeral and they were lovely. My step father’s favorite flowers were gladiolus but those are hard to come by in October in New York but Louis found them and created beautiful bouquets to go in the front of the church. He communicated very well with the family and found the perfect purple ribbon for the bouquets to match the band on my step fathers white top hat that sat next to the urn. Thank you fir doing such a great job!

Louis was a bright spot in what has othewise been a very difficult time with a death in the family. He was sensitive to both our needs and our budget and we are SO appreciative. If I lived locally in Albany, he’d be my go-​to florist. :-)

They were amazing. I ordered yellow roses, they checked distributors to get me the best price. They also opened the shop up on Saturday when they are CLOSED in order for me to pick up my order. On top of that I was late picking up the flowers and still Louis was so nice and accommodating. I would definitely recommend and will be returning.

What an incredible find in Downtown Albany! The shop is warm and inviting and the flower selection is beautiful (and not your typical carnations and mums). Louis, the owner, is willing to create arrangements that truly fit the occasion.

I ran in here the other day. I got some flowers and my girl loved em said they were some the best she seen. The owner was super nice I don’t know nothin bout flowers and he put it together like nothing made a great bouquet and the price was right y’all. So if ya wanna get some flowers in cap city this is the place!!!

Love love love the Enchanted Florist. I have my own business downtown and love to support other businesses. Louis delivers fresh, creative arrangements once a week to my Salon and I am never disappointed. My clients always comment how beautiful and different the arrangements are compared to the typical flowers one usually receives. I initially had the flowers delivered to help a new business out, lord knows in these times we can always scrimp and save a few dollars here and there to boost the bottom line. I’m now a weekly customer who could easily omit this indulgence from my budget, but I now look forward each week to see what fabulous arrangement Louis has dreamt up for us. It sounds odd but the best I can describe Lois’s talent as is floral art. Everything delivered has been five star all the way!

I initially called another florist to try to arrange a delivery and they told me they couldn’t deliver to the location I wanted (the capitol). Not only did the Enchanted Florist make the delivery without a hassle, but they put together a beautiful arrangement. I got a great value for $ 50, although I’m sure you could spend less than this.

Louis has a beautiful selection of flowers, and I am very happy he has decided to open up shop in Albany. Previously providing all-​occasion private floral design services for clients all around the Capital District, he has now decided to bring his expertise to a wider public right in Downtown Albany.
