Not sure they understand greek food. I had the gyro dinner and it was 3 strips of dried out meat and some diced tomatos on a pita. The greek salad was iceberg lettuce with some feta cheese. Nothing greek about that. And it was pretty filthy. The restroom had a plunger sitting ONTHERIMOFTHEBOWL! At my table when I moved the condiments there was food under them. I would not go back.

Excellent chicken kabobs, will be back to try more. Not fast service but hot food to make up for

I went there with a group for lunch yesterday. We ordered the gyros, greek salads and green beans and everything was delicious! The service was fast and friendly and the atmosphere is sunny and warm. I’ll definitely be back.

Located downtown next to Lindy’s, Santorini’s features Greek food at lunch(10:30 — 3:30 M-F only). The menu features the typical Greek favorites(Gyros, Souvlaki, Moussaka, Greek Chicken, a combo plate and a few other options). They also offer a handful of sandwiches, Greek salad and some side orders. I ordered the Gyros, rather than a la carte, the dinner option that included a choice of two sides(rice pilaf, oven roasted potatoes, green beans) and a Greek salad. I must say the food was plentiful but I was a little disappointed. I ordered the food to go and that was a mistake. By the time I got back to my desk the heat inside the styro container has created enough steam to make most of the food soggy. The Greek salad, packaged separately was plentiful, a few wilted, brown leaves but mostly fresh and flavorful with pepperocini, feta, tomatoes, red onion, olives, a dolmas anddressing on the side. Very typical but generous and tasty. The gyros was wrapped in foil within the second container and unfortunately was soggy from the heat. The meat was cooked nicely and was also plentiful. The tzatziki(also on the side) was a little thin for my taste. I cannot give accolades to the sides that, although generous in size, were just okay — large wedges of oven baked potatoes seasoned with oregano and a large quantity of over done green beans with some garlic and tomato sauce. Next time, I will eat there. The room is bright and well attended with a few open tables. The ladies at the counter that took and gave me my order were pleasant and friendly.
