History

Established in 2004.

After a successful 11 year career selling tens of millions of dollars of information technology products and services to prime contractors supporting enterprise level programs to federal government agencies and DoD customers worldwide, I felt that I had the business, markerting and information technology skills to consult residental real estate buyers and sellers with what is often the most important decision of their lives. I had personally benefited from the purchase of my own home a few years earlier and realized my advice, expertise, analytical thinking and negotiating skills would be an asset to any prospective residential real estate customer. Since 2004, I have sold over $ 50 Million in residential real estate. The local knowledge that I have as a lifelong Washingtonian and a long time resident of Old Town Alexandria combined with years of valuable experience has enabled me to provide exemplary service to my clients.
