The pastry was really good although it’s kind of hard and holds in the juice in this empanada. I wasn’t used to such a filling, but hear that it is the Bolivian way. I did like the olives and the eggs in it, but the filling was a lot sweeter than expected(I got the beef), and it was laced with onions and cilantro(I hate cilantro). Others have touted that this place is amazing, so I hate to touch that but this guy(who’s at the Old Town farmer’s market on Wednesdays from 3:30 to I dunno when) might have been too hyped up for me by friends. But really I think that it was just flavors I’m not into that did it, I’m sure some people would think this is amazing. I will try the chicken next week and see how that goes.
