Looks like there was a change in the JCA staff within the past year. Had a little mix-​up with condo fees and went to them for help. Janet is enormously helpful, knows what she is doing and very clear on procedure. I hope this team stays for the long run.

I had a similar problem as the last person who left a review. We had a recent enforcement of Visitor Parking. So I called the agent of our HOA to inquire about a visitor pass. She told me the initial issue of a visitor parking pass was free. So then I asked «How do I know if I had one?» (I lived here 16 years, I never seen a visitors pass). Then she replied in a smart tone, «Well then you obviously never had one if you don’t know…» (I’m thinking exactly, I never had one, hence it should be free.) Then she abruptly says they are $ 50.00 and continues to insist that if I want a pass I have to pay.
