I am in the process of moving again, which reminded me of our move out experience with Wilkinson PM last year. We spent almost a full day cleaning prior to our move out so we could avoid any type of additional cleaning fee (since we had no choice but to have the carpets and gutters professionally cleaned). Upon entering the house for our inspection, our landlord Christine must have noticed that everything looked clean, so she made a beeline for the oven/​range and pulled it out from the wall, which revealed a small amount of dirt. She then found dust on ONE set of blinds and we had also forgotten to empty the lint trap in the dryer.
After finding those three things, she claimed that we were «not ready for move out» and told us she was going to take a cleaning fee out of our deposit. Apparently, cleaning those three things costs $ 200.
Up until this point, our rental experience had been fairly average, but this left an awful taste in my mouth. We had taken great care of the property both inside and out, and it looked better when we moved out than when we moved in. I guess Wilkinson PM decided that they no longer had a responsibility to us since we were moving away.

I am so happy with this company. I have my own personal property manager at least that is how the company makes me feel. I am so happy to have rented a property through them. It was a great transition of moving in and even better to know that I have them to listen to any thing that geos wrong with my unit. My disposal was clogged and Christine showed up on a Saturday morning and bought a magic tool to fix the problem. Thank you guys from a woman who has no clue about fixing anything at all. I would highly recommend your services. You are all great people.

Stay away!
I suspect these people are criminals, but I can’t really prove it. They once sent me a bill wanting me to send Wilkinson $ 300 for my building’s «move in fee» (which I had already paid upon move in 6 months earlier) when I went to my building’s office to ask them if this was true they had no idea what I was talking about. When I confronted Wilkinson they actually said that they have another tenant by my exact same name who owed, so, sorry, that was a mistake. Give me a break, my name is rare. Upon move in our place needed a complete cleaning (by me) and had cabinet beetles which needed extermination. They removed a section of the ceiling where water had leaked through, then left the hole for 3 MONTHS in winter! The repair man finally came back and patched it up. Other repair requests were ignored or I was told to fix it myself. When we moved out we had the carpets prof. cleaned and left the place looking much better than when we came. They kept some of our deposit to clean the carpets again, claiming there was some big stain by the front door. What a bunch of crooks!

I rented from Wilkinson PM for three years and they were just great. No complaints at all. They were always professional and prompt if there was any problem. The apartment was spotless and newly painted when I moved in. I did my best to leave it in the same condition and was rewarded by receiving back my full deposit with no questions asked. Great people to deal with!
