Ricky and his team were great. Cell phone purchasing is not quick, and next to buying a new car, it’s time consuming no matter where you go. This store was great with getting me in and out, and explaining to me exactly what I pay for. No hassle, and very little haggle.

You can not survive without a cellphone these days, but when the store messes up and promised to fix things and fails to deliver that is a problem.
Needless to say I walked in for the last five minutes of my wife’s conversation with the store manger Kyro Guirguis. He was rude and dismissing of her, further he implied that my wife was an idiot.
We asked for the district manger name 6 times before he gave it to us. He refused to give his number but gave us an email. We asked for his store number and he stated that they don’t have one, we are the Hilltop Verizon. (Funny part Verizon help line had no issues finding the number).
This is not a corporate store despite how it looks.
Stay away from these crooks.
