Now Under NEW Ownership. Our store specializes in Beautifully made and Delicious Ice Cream Cakes from our team of professionally trained cake designers. We do multi-​tiered, wedding, 3D, character cakes and more! We can also print any picture on to a cake with our signature «freeze frame» services.

Absolutely hands down one of the best service in all the previous locations I’ve been to. Although many of the workers were friendly, one of them stuck out to be helpful and meet my ice cream needs. Greeted me with a smile and made me feel like my needs were going to be met no matter how big or small they were going to be. I believe his name was Eric. The ice cream was normal but the service was 10⁄10. Definitely will come back.

I went to go buy a pint of Oreos ice cream and the cashier/​worker Eric was really friendly and provided great customer service. And a bonus was that he was pretty cute, so I will come back soon.

Great service. They are ultra generous with the samples. This is the only Baskin Robbins that I’ve ever seen give a Unilocal check in bonus.
Store is super clean and the staff is incredibly helpful. This is a sterling example of how most stores should operate. Keep up the great work.

Worst Baskin Robbins I have ever been to.
Bought 4 waffle cones along with ice cream, which were about 1 buck each or so. They were all STALE! no crunch at all. It was disgusting and I couldn’t even finish it.
1 scoop serving size is really small… either that or the guy who served me is cheap on the serving.
Vanilla flavor was terrible. No vanilla taste at all. Butter pecan was alright except the pecans were starting to get a bit stale as well… it tasted nothing like what I used to get at Baskin Robbins… the watermelon flavored one was even worse. Don’t do it!
I have had better tasting Baskin Robbins than this. What happened to it?
I rather walk down to rite aid for ice cream instead. They are way cheaper and taste better.

I receive splendid service here. Very upbeat and cool employees that handle customer service politely and nicely! Once you walk in, they greet you, tell you some of the offers that they have, and then offer you free samples!
There’s only a few tables inside, but usually people just get their ice cream and leave.
Ice cream itself is bomb. Price range is usually $ 3-​$ 6 here on a regular basis. However, if you come every Tuesdays it’s $ 1.69 for a regular scoop, and if you come on the 31st of each month they have their special.
If you’re thinking about coming to Baskin Robbins for cakes or ice cream, this location is the place to go to! Located on Valley in the Big 5/​Rite Aid plaza! Ample parking, so take it easy!

I love this Baskin Robbins location! The workers are very friendly, easy going, and quick with samples. I always go with the watermelon flavor (forgot the name) or cookies and cream. I make sure to check into Unilocal because they have this great promotion: «buy one scoop and get a second scoop for free.» Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone that’s craving ice cream!

Overall good service + good food.
Since the last time I came here, they have improved in looks and in service.
I along with my friends were provided with samples of flavors that we haven’t tried. I got Strawberry Cheesecake and Strawberry (you get a free cone if you get double scoops or more.
Young-​Jae was very helpful with would explain to me about the social media promotions, and other promotions that they had including the discounted scoops on Tuesdays and on the 31st of any month. He was awesome!!!

It’s so hot. Thank you for ice cream! They have a ton of new flavors but I like pralines and cream a lot. I got a quart… was going to get a pint. One dollar difference lure me to get the bigger size.

Props to Perla! She was awesome. We came in 2 mins before close, and she was patient, helpful with suggestions, quick to offer free samples, entertaining, and cool under pressure. She listened attentively as my son rattled off 4 demands about the kind of ice cream he wanted, then she created exactly what he described. She even helped another couple who came two minutes after close.
Perla deserves a big raise, or her own store to manage! :) Will def come again.
PS, they also honored my Unilocal check-​in: buy a regular scoop, get a regular scoop free! Yummy yum yum.

The local Baskin Robin’s is a family favorite. Decided to leave them their over die review. Service is always good and the staff seems to always be up beat. I guess I’m getting old…$ 12 for 4 scoops of Ice Cream and a cone. Maybe that’s the standard nowadays though. Never the less their ice cream is great. Coldstone is wack, and truly expensive.

Thank you for getting a new set of people working here. This place is now seriously 100% better with an friendlier vibe. I been getting milkshakes and not one was bad. I recommend this place bc they have Unilocal discounts and it’s so worth it! The owner or manager is super nice!!! I been here couple times and he’s always friendly! Everyone is!

Very friendly staff greets you with a smile when you enter. Place is well air conditioned on a hot day like this. Getting a regular scoop of ice cream for $ 1.31 was a bargain. So on the 31st of each month, you can get this deal.

This place is under new management so I decided to stop by. Everyone is super nice, the AC is bumpin’, and service was quick and efficient.
I got a double scoop of cookies and cream and the snickers ice cream and it as very filling. I didn’t realize they made their own waffle cones! I will definitely be getting that next time.
