Daniel was so friendly and helpful. He really took the time to assist us and made sure we got everything that we needed.

I was able to purchase and replace wiper blades with no problem.

I came here a few times to find parts for my car and the service never stops to amaze me. I had two times where I needed a new headlight bulb for my car and the person working at the counter Raul would always help without hesitation. He would also install the new light bulb for me and if it didn’t work he would tell me what is probably the problem and how to fix the solution.
Nonetheless my few visits here were really good and I appreciate the good customer services O’Reilly provides!

Eh they are alright. I usually go to Auto Zone or Advanced Auto Parts. I have to get a quart of oil every couple months since my car burns it. I’m so use to walking in, going to the counter and them retrieving the oil for me. When I walked in O’Reilly they looked it up for me and made me get it myself. I was kind of annoyed since I don’t know what oil I get since I never pick it out. Oh well, if you need anything else from there it looks like a good store. That is just my experience against the other auto stores I have been to.

This is my local auto supply store. It’s your typical O’Reilly I guess. However it does seem extra clean and well stocked. If you need a specific part I suggest calling ahead and seeing if they have it. If you don’t know what you need or you need general auto cate and maintenance items go ahead and stop by.

There was a guy named Angel that helped me get the same exact lug nut I was looking for. Got in and out thanks to him. Now I’m going to come here instead of Pep Boys, they rarely help me. Now every time someone takes off my lug nut for idk what f ing reason I know where to go.

Always good sales items. While there bought a can of SEA FOAM, a 75 year old branded Fuel Injection cleaner, fuel conditioner. This STUFF really works well!

I bought a car battery but found a better deal somewhere else. I decided to return after a day of purchasing it. However, the rep and the manager insisted they could refund it due to the battery was installed. I didn’t install the battery, and the scratch marks on the positive and negative were there when I bought the battery. This place tries to advantage of the customers of their rights to return items. Please go to Interstate Battery on Mission & Madera in San Gabriel. They will honor your returns, even if you’ve used the battery.

I was very happy with the service! The guy even came out to my car to help with my brake light! I will definitely refer my friends that are clueless when it comes to cars! A big thank you!

I came by to pick up some windshield wiper replacements since the ones on my car are all worn out and it might rain soon. –1 star since I didn’t get greeted or offered help, they seemed to have disappeared and 5 minutes later they’re back. I finally got someone’s attention and asked for help. He got me the ones I needed. Also walked with me to my car and helped me replaced them too. Thanks!

If you already know what you need, get in, grab it, pay for it, get out, than this place will be ok. But if you need assistance from the staff, dont rely on them for credibility. You will get into serious trouble as most of them are not on top of things, they dont know their stuff well. I bought some motor oil and some tools from this place recently and decided to return one of the tools because it was not the correct size, which was recommended by them. Sadly, they try to make a big fuss saying that I took more than a week to return it and that the plastic packaging was opened. The Hispanic guy with a large silver chain on his neck was helping me out at that time, and this dude was rude to the core. I asked for the manager and they would say he was not in the shop and then I asked for the supervisor in charge, which led me to wait for 5 minutes when they finally said he was too busy in the back that he wont be able to attend my complaint. So, I walked out and returned the product at the store located in Las Tunas.

This is a big store which has plenty of aisles to browse through. I just came to buy motor oil but the employees are very helpful.

Walked in needing a replacement light bulb for my car’s headlights. Before I could ask them, they grabbed it and handed it to me. That is customer service!

This store is just big and spacious however it doesn’t seem to have more items than any other auto stores. I can’t seem to find what I need at this store.

This place is at a great location, close to a lot of stores and the plaza is pretty big so that’s great.
The first thing i want to say is the workers say welcome when you walk in but they lag… It gets pretty annoying, sometimes i stand there for couple minutes before i can get help because one guy is on the phone talking to a customer. So i usually just go in buy soap or wax, something i don’t need to ask questions about walk in get out easy.
The bad thing is sometimes they have no stock in certain soaps the shelves are empty… That sure makes the store look pretty bad that the workers are either too busy or too lazy to even restock the shelves. If the product is there it’s either opened or damaged which is a big turn off for customers. I say if you need to ask about something once you get someone’s attention tell that worker everything your looking for or you’ll be lucked out next time.
Giving this place a 3 star is because i just walk in buy simple stuff that i know where is located no questions needed or asked. Just pay and get on my way.

I bought some brakes awhile back and got the wrong ones. I lost the receipt and the assistant manager, isis helped me find in the system my purchase. got a change to the right brakes. Really kewl. Especially since I got it back in october.

They recently re-​arranged the store and cleaned it all up after they converted to become an O’Reilly. It’s looking good. Items are easy to find and the sales associates are energetic and helpful. One can easily get overwhelmed looking for the exact part that fits your model car, so the good service is definitely a big plus. The sales guy even went out to install a customer’s windshield wipers.

Positives: They greet you upon entering and ask if you need help. Large selection of most auto parts and accessories. Overall, staff is friendly, knowledgeable and seems to genuinely care about helping you out and getting what you need. This change in culture could be due to the transition from Kragen to O’Reilly. Not sure, but I like it.
Negatives: I purchased their oil and filter special. They didn’t have my filter in stock and said it would arrive the next day. I came back the next day and they sold the filter even though I reserved it. Long story short, it took them a practically a week to get the filter in stock after I paid in full for everything. Could’ve easily been cinco stars if not for this snafu.

I had a bad brake light bulb that went out on me the other day… So it’s time for me to visit Kragen (now named O’Reilly Auto Parts).
What happened? They used to be so efficient with their service towards each customer. A dude named Dustin didn’t help me out at all. I was just only looking for the model number for my brake light since they don’t have the book of numbers for each car model displayed in the aisles for customers to use. He was too busy talking to some stupid person on the phone. He should pay more attention to a live person in their store than talking to customers on the phone… I mean, it only takes one minute to look for the model number in the computer so I can just pick out the bulbs and purchase it right away. He can’t multitask at all.
It would be way better where there are no employees in the store and everything is electronically user friendly. Just type in the search engine in the main computer in the middle of the store and everything will be pointed out to you by aisle number and model number. Well, that’s my wishful thinking…
Other than the stupid service, the store has lots of parts to choose from, that’s why I give them 3 stars. It’s because they have most of the parts I need. As long as you know what too look for, you don’t need any help from them.
