Our ramen is from Hakata, a thick broth made from boiling pork bones, fat, and collagen over high heat for many hours, which suffuses the broth with a hearty pork flavor and a creamy consistency that rivals milk. The noodles are thin and straight, al dente. Customers can switch noodle to their preference. We also specialize in Tsuke-men («dipping noodles»). The noodles and soup are served in separate bowls. The diner dips the noodles in the soup before eating. We serve this with thickest noodle.

Japanese owner experienced ramen chef specializing in authentic Japanese Ramen. We specialize in our authentic ramen serving several different types of soup such as pork soup, chicken soup and vegetable soup. We greatly care about making our food from the best ingredients and all of our food is made in house.
