We are new in Los Angeles. I don’t know anything about buying a house in LA till I met Kelly. I and my wife and our son just had a great experience of buying our home in LA. Kelly is very helpful and very nice person who has professional knowledge about real estate. She always think about us and help us to solve our problems so we get our house so fast! She really helped me so much even not just about buying the house but every problems that I met. She gives me the most professionally suggestions so I can make the best decision. I highly recommend Kelly! She is helpful, patient and courteous. We looked in multiple areas and Kelly was very knowledgeable and had a lot of helpful insights. She was very good about educating us on the market, the process, loans, the whole shebang. She even made us a binder with all our important documents. Kelly also went with us to City Hall to look over various permits. We had a slightly complicated loan process and Kelly made the whole experience much more tolerable. As first time home buyers, I can say that the entire process can be overwhelming so it’s great to have an agent like Kelly who was so nice about answering all of our questions (seriously, every single email and text was promptly responded to, no matter how mundane). After we closed, she even gave us helpful reminders of tasks, such as forwarding mail and where to go to switch the water to our name (you have to go in person in our city). We definitely made a good decision in choosing Kelly as our agent.

My home purchase experience was very smooth thanks to Kelly. She is my cousin, but I would recommend her regardless. She was extremely professional, responsive, and organized. She provided me with a binder that had all of my important documents labeled and organized. As a first-​time homebuyer, she made the experience less stressful. She explained things clearly and simplified the process for me. Her knowledge of the local market was also helpful. In my experience, she was very well-​informed on the trends on the Eastside and San Gabriel Valley. I had a friend moving to LA recently, and I suggested she contact Kelly to help her find a place to live. Despite the fact that my friend was only renting (meaning there really isn’t that much money to be made), she drove my friend around and showed her numerous apartments in SGV.
