Go elsewhere! The attorney is very nice and professional. Sad to say his staff is anything but. The paralegal Jenny is VERY rude. She’s quick to cut you off and will talk to you like you’re beneath her. Just because she knows legal terms and can file papers doesn’t make her better than anyone else. Anytime you call the office she’s rude. She’s disturbed you’re calling to ask a question or that she even had to be there. She’ll talk right over you like you’re not even talking. It’s sad to say the attorney’s business is going in the shitter because of the shitty attitude of his paralegal.
Mr Vallejos, to save your business lucrative get a new paralegal. I guarantee with a nicer, friendlier and professional paralegal you’ll have more clients. She’s running your business into the ground.

If I could give no star I would. This gentleman’s office is not one of timely responses and/​or helpful advice. I had the disservice of being an actual client while he was/​is being sued by Ms. Padilla.
And yes I agree, if you ever come across this man, do not use his services.
Perhaps it was the fact that he was found guilty of fiduciary violation but I will not give him one cent. He will not advise you in deposition or any other times, you whole heartedly need his expertise.
Basically there are millions of other attorneys out there that will actually defend your rights and he is not one of them. He will try to intimidate you into settling your case because he is too preoccupied with his actual malpractice trial.
And to anyone else dealing with injuries and the such; be strong. You are not alone.

This office is VERY unprofessional and unproductive, I hired them when this idiot rear ended me. They were quick to send me to the doctor so I could start my case (so they could get paid) after the case was settled they were in charge of giving out the medical payment. My case settled in July, I received my settlement and OF COURSE they took there 33% and were suppose to pay the medical bills. In the August I received a bill from the hospital were I got my X rays, confused I called the lawyers office and they assured me that the bill was paid and I had nothing to worry about. Weeks later I get the bill AGAIN so I call them only to get the SAME answer (which I STUPIDLY believed) weeks later the same thing happens, this time I call the actual department in the hospital for payment they tell me that they NEVER received anything, and that if it doesn’t get paid it will go to collections (I have REALLY good credit, which I take EXTREMELY good care of) I called and called and the main paralegal (Andres) would hide from me. It is now November and I still keep getting bills and the run around. Needless to say I am thinking of filing a Mal Practice Lawsuit.
