These guys are always the best! Great service and a friendly atmosphere. Even when I brought my car in from a bad accident they took care of everything and I didnt have to worry about a thing!

Small coolant leak again put on some time to replace yet another O ring and put in the side mirror that fell off and didn’t even charge me labor since the car keeps coming back. Can’t beat that service for loyal customers.

Ronnie is a super Knowledgeable mechanic with great character. Will NEVER upsell anything that is not needed like some shady mechanics. Work is professional, thorough, and prompt. Highly Recommend

Came in at 530 (they close at 6) and they were able to take me in for my wheel alignment. Service was great. Fast. Friendly staff. Great price. What more can you ask for. They provided me with a paperwork on what they changed and even offer a one month warranty. I will be coming back should the car need any other service. Let’s not hope for that :)

I’ve learned my lesson about who I can trust to work on my car thanks to this shady place! I thought I could save some money by getting my transmission fluid flush here. Turns out they used the WRONG TRANSMISSION FLUID and totally jacked up my car! I ended up having to pay hundreds of dollars to get it fixed and they REFUSED to reimburse me for the damage THEY CAUSED. No accountability whatsoever… But rather a very frustrating blame game that went on for weeks. Smh. It was a lost cause. The manager finally decided he’d «donate» the money he should owe me to a charity. I accepted on the condition that he send me proof that he actually donated the money to a good cause. It’s been months now and he’s been avoiding me. Still no proof. No contact. Just lies and deception. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE.

Having already put 5k miles on my new set of tires, I felt like my car was darting around bumps and holes in the road. I decided to break my lazy and careless streak with a four-​wheel tire alignment. Good ol’ Unilocal brought me here. They can only align tires on one car at a time (I think) because of their machine availability so I waited about 20 minutes before my car got worked on. With a Unilocal check-​in, it only cost $ 50. Score!

The guys here are so helpful. They take the time to explain exactly what is wrong with my car and I don’t usually wait very long. I highly recommend this place!

As I was leaving work, I noticed a bolt in my tire. I called the shop at 5:40pm, explained my request to patch a tire and that I’m only a mile and half away. I hate to keep anyone from going home to their family but I really needed a patch. They asked me to stop by to take a look at it.
I pulled up to the store and Tommy greeted me immediately and asked about my tire. Tommy and Robert carefully removed and repaired my tire. I was in and out. Great guys. Nice conversations. Very professional and quick.

This place is great! Most places could have gotten away with telling me I needed new brake pads with my new replacement rotors, and they were honest with me and said the ones I already had installed a while back (at a different mechanic) were in great shape and suggested to just go with the rotors. I really appreciate that, because I didn’t have it in my budget. They do great work, are so nice, and I even saw how they treated other customers, and approached them with not so good news about what they found wrong with their car. Also, another customer who had been there before told me that they are so good and honest there and they had saved him from getting ripped off by another place that quoted him double for the same repair. I highly recommend bringing your car here. They go above and beyond.

Called to make an appt for an oil change and they asked when I would like to come in, and I said now. So they said bring it on in. I am glad I did. The staff was on point. Great service. Great prices. I will definitely be coming back. Thanks Tommy! I’ll see you on Hitler’s birthday.

Needed to get my brake pads and rotors checked, so Quick Stop was my first port of call. Tommy had me come in, Ronnie took a look, ordered my parts, and the longest part was the wait for parts to get there. Rob, the mechanic changing my rotors, noticed when opening the box that the new rotor looked different, so he double-​checked and realized the part was wrong! How many mechanics would have just tossed the part on there with the certainty that it was right anyway, since it was ordered correctly? Not these guys! They immediately got the right parts from elsewhere within ten minutes and had me on my way in less than another fifteen.
As usual, the guys at Quick Stop were awesome every step of the way, from respecting my time to making sure I was taken care of, and getting me a great price! I can’t recommend them enough. As always, thanks guys!

Came here for an oil change but was turned away. It was more than hour prior to closing and they were not busy. I will not be back.
Response: If that was the case then the guy there should have said that. From your reply obviously you do not care about my business.

Fast, efficient, and reasonable. What more can you ask for from a tire shop? I called in and came in on a weekday. They had my car up immediately and I was out of there in under half an hour. I would definitely go back for any tire needs.

First off, I was in the area so I took my newly purchased ’05 Redline Vue here to get some input on a shaking and rattling coming from the steering column. This place has been great for oil changes. They told me the driver side strut is shot and the sway bar links are bad. Ha! I was suspicious of their diagnosis. I later drove out to the valley to my old performance shop. The strut was fine; only the dust bellow has come loose which doesn’t affect function. There is no leaking from the piston and zero bouncing.
Then we looked at my stabilizer bar links. They have already been replaced! The previous owner put problem solver Moogs on and they are like new. They are socket type not bushing type. I will never trust Quick Stop Tire Center again. They won’t let you look at the car with them. They have ego issues and hated that I knew as much about cars as I do. That sucks because I wanted to talk shop with them like at my old shop where I am respected. Quick Stop kicked me out of the garage but I notice here their lowered bimmer buddies have taken pics from inside their garage.
These guys act like you are a thorn in their side if you inquire about anything. Between my visit here and my trip to the performance shop, I had also called Quick Stop about labor for putting new springs on to further enhance my suspension. Tommy then lectured me about the Megan Springs that I wished to install and that they are for racing and not for someone like me.
Are you kidding? This guy was so condescending. His argument was that I won’t use this feature. Really? Do you know my history and how/​where i drive? Why did Saturn offer a model with lowered suspension? Why do you see BMW and Benz with lowered suspension? The answer is because any car will drive better and look better. I was merely wishing to discuss the upgrade but got talked down to like I was a teenager. I am 40 and used to race first gen MR2s in the 90’s and have replaced springs on every car I have owned since then. Even my Saab SPG came with lowered suspension so the argument that you need to take your car to the track when you upgrade is not true. I have since put the Megan Springs on and they are amazing. All I needed was to add a cheap camber kit to compensate for the negative stance.
In conclusion, the initial issue was my intermediate steering shaft like I suspected. I had asked them to check this and my steering rack but they said this was fine. If you want professional service look ELSEWHERE! I play a little dumb at auto shops to see if they are legit and this place failed. Maybe if I had a brand new bimmer they would have treated me differently.

At 5:30 on a Friday evening, I was running a few last minute errands when I saw my rear drivers side tire was almost 100% flat! Panicking– I had to pick up my son, I had a class 30 miles away first thing in the morning, all the tire places were closed!– I popped on Unilocal,saw the good reviews and «open late» hours, and ran here.
Thank God I did.
My tire was pierced. Shot. Kaputz. And yes, I needed my car immediately!
Enter: Tommy. Calm and helpful, he changed my rotten tire out for my spare, stayed late, then in early the next morning with a new, un-​flat, better quality tire than the one I had popped, and had me in the road, with my son, on my way to class in 20 minutes.

I don’t usually give car shops 5 stars because they’re usually rude, shady and incompetent. BUT Quick Stop Tire Center is totallllllllly different!
Roni and his boys are amazing! I’ve been here several times and only had a problem once, but I called them and they fixed it immediately. Their customer service is outstanding. They aren’t pushy like other car shops. They truly care about their customers and know whats best.

I went in for a tire rotation because Nelson Honda said that I needed it. I saw that Nelson was going to charge me $ 75 for a rotation and my friend recommended me to come here to do it instead.
I went in and I asked how much was a tire rotation for a 2012 Honda Civic. The guy in the front whose name was Tommy (I think) said it would be $ 20. Pretty good deal plus I had the Unilocal check-​in deal which made it even more better. Tommy went ahead and said he would check if I needed a tire rotation and he said that I didn’t need it. To my surprise, he turned away my business and told me that my car is fine and that my two best tires should be located in the front. I really appreciated his honesty in this because he could have easily said that I needed it and I would have paid my dues.
What I really like about this place? They are honest. Not exactly clean BUT does it matter when its a tire center? They get the job done and that’s what I personally want. I will be back for when I need to get anything done on my tires. Plus, a big shout out for Tommy for being completely honest with me! You made my day! :)

Came for another set of tires, and got O2 sensors fixed. Best price in town for used tires. Great tires too; they have PSS, PZero Conti DW… etc.
O2 sensor was seized. Broke a bunch of wrenches and got rejected by 2 shops. Roni and Tommy killed it after a few hours of brainstorming.
I would give them 6 stars if Unilocal allows me.
