He not will do whole-​life warranty, even after you just left 3 minutes he not want to fix anything. he said it is water bubble, your window is dirty. they not professional. wholelife warranty is cheating! when you said you not satisfied your work, they are very rude, I and my friends will never go there.

This place is awesome! Came on a Thursday at 1:00 pm, and was the second person in line, they have many options of brands. I just chose the cheapest one but the quality is excellent! Better going with a friend and leaving your car there, then come back when they call you. You can also wait there if you want, it took one and a half hour to get my car tinted. Good guys&good service!

The worst experience here, so bad service .my front window is not clear, I come back, some customer over there, they always say next time. yesterday I come back again, they said no and yelling me also some bad words. U know what, they said they have my cell phone, and they will give it to different guys to molest me, my god what wrong with them. please do not come there, if u do not wanna get trouble.

So bad customer service so rude .do not want to come back .that ‘s worst experience here .the couple here that nothing wrong with their tint and they cannot do anything for me .I wait all day over there that’s not deserve and waste of my time .it is not cheap just regular price. NEVER COME BACK

The window is not clear that when I did first time. then I go back and I told the guy I want to fix it. he want me to wait, And then the lady want me came back the other day. i said no, coz I need to work, and the couple been really rude and said it is not they are problem .its something wrong with my car! that is a brand new car I just bought 2 months!!! bad customer services. never came back!!!

First to catch all your attention: Cost for tint may be lower than some places but almost over $ 2000+ damage was done to my BRAND NEW CAR! HE MADE A 1 INCH RAZOR CUT ON MY LEATHER SEATS!!!
Owner is VERY careless with his tools. Im sure it was an accident but damage IS done! I had left already when I found out so he used it against me that there is no way he did it that I probably did it. The cut was obvious from a razor. One he used to cut the tint films. Hello?! Really… I would take a razor and cut my own leather seat of a brand new car?!
It’s like saying if he rear ending me on the road and him telling me I purposely backed up to him and made him hit me. Really? You think people have time for this?!
He was so addament about it, shouted he didn’t do it and hung up on me. Called him back and said I was on my way to show him and talk to him now. He said he is no longer at the shop right now. Note: this was 5pm, his hours are until 6pm. Guilty, don’t you think?
I said if he couldn’t handle this in a professional manner, I would notify call police, file report etc. He said he doesn’t care because no one would do anything about it. Does this show you all that he doesn’t care what he does to your car?!
Lastly: there was BUBBLES throughout the tints. He said, its just water, it will go away. Uh… there were dust under some… those won’t go away. Oh… lifetime warranty did he say? Obviously he doesn’t worry… cuz he will give u reasons it’s not his fault and not have to fix it.
Please people. Take your business elsewhere. Unless you want to pay him for putting damages to your car. Which someone else I noticed have complained of as well. Coincidence? Don’t think so. He just doesn’t care.

the worst experience，today my friend and i went here get car window tint. we made an appointment that he will call us for our car window tint when he finish his job. but when i come again he is tinting another car coming later than us，we complaint for this unfair treatment，but the owner answered rudely，he said he tinted thousands of cars he will never wait for anybody even one second！i think he totally forget our appointment，sure，he reserved the right to serve to anyone，the only thing i can do is complain here！I think，as a business man，the good faith is the most important！all my friend and i will not come here again！

Ok, so now that a day has passed, a second attempt to repair the tinted tail light, I’ve noticed cuts on the paint with the razor blade the guy was using. 2 stars for their effort to fix it but the paint near my lights will forever have cuts… Definitely not coming back for anymore work, I decided to just pull off the tint rather than take it back to get more scrapes to my paint…

Why: I chose this place because they’re the only tinting auto-​shop around San Gabriel that is open for business on a Sunday.
Process:
The two Chinese employees here were very informative and friendly. Both of them spoke fluent Mandarin and English. They are both assiduous worker, and it took roughly one and a half hours to get my car tinted.
There is only one couch (seating two) for customers. However, feel free to walk over to the McDonald’s next door if you want to grab a bite or just for the sake of changing your waiting room. The shop is warmer than outside, so get ready to migrate if you’re there on a hot day.
The only downside to this place is it’s cash-​only policy, so be sure to have $ 120-​$ 250 worth of cash handy. Fortunately, when I told them I only have a MasterCard, they told me not to worry about it, and to bring a check or cash the next time I swing by– very flexible and professional.
I strongly recommend this tinting shop to anyone who is looking for a stable, dependable, and professional auto-​tint service. All tints are lifetime warranty, so please trust the tints quality.
Make sure to call them beforehand to get a basic quote or make an appointment, and then go in there ready to add some shades to your vehicle! ^^

Needed two front window tint removed for fix it ticket. $ 30, less than 30 mins and I was ticket free! No hassle professionals. I can’t comment on their tinting services, but I’m sure they apply the same level of service.

Just got my bubbly back window removed. I called other places to get a better estimate and usually they run up to $ 100 bucks for removal only. These guys only charged me $ 100 for removal and putting on the new tint. Great detailed job. Lifetime warranty on my tint!
