We were here to take advantage of the«buy one get one free IPhone SE» promotion that T-Mobile offered. Alex was patient and helpful in providing us service throughout the entire process. We’ll be back again.

I have been here twice, both times to get my sim card exchanged. The first time, about a year ago, the sim card was $ 15. Now the sim card is $ 20. However, they did give me a neat one with an adapter for various sizes this time. I did confirm with T-Mobile’s call center that the price went up to $ 20, unfortunately. Maxx, my representative, was really helpful. He explained how it all worked to me. I appreciate when someone is patient and takes the time to talk to you instead of just processing the transaction and getting you out the door. He also offered solutions on how to save money on my plan, which was nice. Full disclosure: He did outright ask me to write a positive review. I write reviews when I’m not feeling lazy so I might not have written one otherwise(because I am very, very lazy). I deemed that his service did merit 5 stars and he was really nice about the request so here it is.

I’ve been a loyal customer of T-Mobile for over 5 years now and I absolutely love it! Their prices are amazingly cheap and their customer service is always on point. Yes, there are quite a few places that get’s little to no reception, but 90% of the time I always get fantastic signal. I came to this T-Mobile store right next to 168 super market because I heard on the radio of this special promotion where you can have a family plan with 6GB of data for every line or something for cheaper and I couldn’t pass up the offer. When I walked in, there were HORDES of asians everywhere. I thought the wait was going to be at least 30minutes, but surprisingly Michelle called me up within 5 minutes. She was really helpful and very detailed in explaining everything that she was doing when switching our current plan to the new one. Michelle even hooked it up with some free gifts, such as lightning USB cable chargers or even car chargers. I’m definitely coming back here if I ever have any questions regarding T-Mobile or my cellphone in general. This T-Mobile store is located in the same plaza as 168 super market so there is plenty of parking. It’s also next to this store called 168FIXIT where you can fix almost any cell phone malfunctions you may have.

The wait here can be very long, but it can be worth it. It’s kind of nice that they offer so many different languages for customer service — English, Chinese, Korean, and Vietnamese. I went in for a warranty exchange and initially was told I would have to pay for the shipping. But Max and Jenny were very helpful and helped me waive the $ 20 shipping fee! They’re also very nice about answering questions and will clear anything up for you if you’re confused. Kevin is also very helpful and super friendly.

I was there over the weekend. The store was busy as usual but I was greeted right away after I stepped in and been told to sign in. My sale rep was very helpful and professional. She has a lot of customers came in and looked for her but she would ask them to sign in and wait patiently because she was helping someone. My phone bill problem took her a while but she was very patient. I had a really good experience here. Thank you Michelle

My brother and sister have been going to this location for years. They’re located in the same parking lot as the 168 market so there’s always plenty of parking, but it might not be right in the front. My first experience here was pleasant. I was greeted by Michelle and she was very helpful in selecting a new device for my buy-out plan. She was very informative and walked me through the process and even suggested I jump into my sister’s family plan to save me money. I’m glad she didn’t just let me open a new line, which would’ve cost me almost $ 50 extra each month. Plus she helped me check on the government employee discount so she was just helping me save money left and right. I had credit from the trade-in and she was helping me find some accessories in-store and at an affiliate store, as well as any sales they had on them. Everything went very smoothly. The staff were all upbeat and helped each other out without compromising any attention on their own customer. I’d definitely return for any T-Mobile needs in the future.

Ugh. This place used to suck because everyone was so slow, and it would be so crowded inside. But then they changed things up, and while the inside looks nicer, everything’s actually much less efficient. There’s more open space to walk around, but much less space, if at all, to sit while you wait. I came recently to try to reconcile a billing inquiry, because my dad had gone in to upgrade his phone about half a year prior, and the then-manager had promised him A, B, and C, but none of that had been reflected on our monthly bills. As I entered, there was a sign-in sheet. A guy approached me and told me to sign in and wait a few minutes. As I waited, I watched the three reps help customers, but in the midst of that, they were also talking to each other about lunch breaks… At one point, one guy asked how he could help me, and just when I started to tell him about my situation, he cut me off and said the other guy would handle it. So the other guy started asking me the same question, and then cut me off because he realized he hadn’t finished dealing with the other customer yet. Finally, he got me to explain the situation. After all that, he then emphatically told me that he couldn’t help me if I didn’t have my ID, as though I had at any point refused to show him ID. So I went to get that, and he verified my identity w/r/t the account. He proceeded to GLANCE at my account on the computer, and told me the most useless things, because I could see all of those same details on my paper bill. And THEN he told me he couldn’t help me without seeing the actual paper bill – why couldn’t he have told me that in the beginning? And I said he could see the same bill online, but he refused, claiming that he didn’t see anything other than basic details on his computer. I asked him if the manager my dad last spoke with was available, and with attitude and a «I don’t know what else you want from me!» chuckle, he said, «She hasn’t been here in months!» SORUDE. He actually scoffed, rolled his eyes, and used sarcasm all throughout our conversation, and concluded with the refusal to do anything to help me unless I brought in the paper bill, at which point he could MAYBE try to help me. What a jerk.

I had a problem with my prepaid plan bill and they helped me solve it right away, maybe it was some sort of misunderstanding about it at first, but everything worked out great! Kevin and Max helped me out and they are so friendly, definitely recommend!

I was a walk in customer and waiting for the next tmobile agent to help me out. As usual you will put your name on the waiting list since this is a first come first serve whoever on the list first get help. So I was just hanging at the spot and a agent call Kevin came over and asked do I need help I said sure I m looking for handset upgrade and he just help me out on everything from getting free rebate stuff from LG I don’t even need to wait on the list got a priority. After this experience I will definitely go back and introduce some friends and family. Good job Kevin!

I’m a fan of T-Mobile as they have taken care of me and my family’s cellular needs for 5+ years. The customer service provided at this location in specific has been nothing but outstanding. Chad, the representative that was helping me in acquiring a manufacturer warranty exchange was patient and extremely informative when it came to my options and the procedure necessary in order to process my warranty exchange. He went beyond what he had to and even advised what would be a better suited plan for my data needs after reviewing my service plan with him. If you’re in need of a new phone or starting a plan with T-Mobile I suggest you come to this location and ask for Chad so he can get you set up and so that you will never look back on your decision in choosing T-Mobile as your carrier!

TRUTHS: this place gets VERY busy and i really appreciate how their workers are concise in explaining things and can speak a multitude of languages. What made this place stand out from other t-mobile stores was they used to give a bunch of free accessories(phone chargers, cases) when i got a new phone but they don’t anymore. HOWEVER: lemme just say that MANYOFTHEIR5-STAR REVIEWSAREVERYYYYQUESTIONABLE. With just a quick scroll down their page, notice that many 5-star reviews come from users with only 1 – 5 reviews or friends. VERYSUSPICIOUS. Just wanted to put that out there even tho I do like this place.

Disappointed with the false advertisement for store hours. Checked the store hours and showed 8 pm as closing time. Went here around 7 pm and saw employees helping customer. The employees saw us, but waved to us it was closed. They did not even want to help us. Maybe I will check it again next time and see how it goes. Looks like hours are 7 but on their window posts 8 pm. A little misleading. So will go with 3 stars for now.

We got really good service from Chad and Nick. They explained everything pretty clearly. The iphone to iphone data transfer only took 1.5 hrs for 3 iphones and Chad did a really good job on that. Overall, service was nice even though it was really busy. I’d recommend Chad or Nick but I’m sure everyone is just as good.

Went to this store to ask about the different promotion. Spoke to one of the lady there she explain there was $ 15 start sim kid and a $ 35 activation fee. To my understanding I spoke to a different T-Mobile store there is no activation fee but I wanted to shop around first. I was told by her that there was a mandatory $ 35 activation fee so I discuss with her why there’s a charge when t-mobile don’t have a activation fee. I ask her if she was trying to scam me. She kept ignoring my question. She was very unhelpful and started giving me attitude. This was the worst experience ever! If I can rate this a negative five stars I would definitely do so! Please watch out for this place! They are a scam!!!
