History

Established in 2002.

The Law Offices of Steven P. Chang opened its doors with the goal of serving consumers in the greater Los Angeles and Inland Empire areas.

The managing partner, Steven P. Chang, focuses his practice primarily on consumer law and has helped thousands of clients in debt related issues since 2002. He and his dedicated team of professionals, work together under his leadership to help thousands of families to discharge debts successfully, thusly beginning their lives anew.

Steven P. Chang derived his passion from helping clients while volunteering with numerous non-​profit organizations throughout Southern California, including the Public Legal Counsel and Law Day programs which offer free legal clinics to residences.

Mr. Chang was born in Taipei, Taiwan and immigrated with his family to the United States when he was 9 years old. Having since resided in Southern California, Mr. Chang is passionate about giving back to the community that raised him.

Mr. Chang graduated from CSULA and received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in three years. Mr. Chang then proceed to Southwestern University School of Law, graduating in the top of his class, while working full time as a research assistant to prominent faculties, as well as a clerkship with leading prominent Los Angeles law firms.
