Find a different agent. They messed up my policy many times. They even cancelled insurance on the wrong house when I purchased another one. I don’t think it’s Dave Jackson, but his office has some «uncooperative and inept» staff that you’re going to be stuck with. It’s not worth it. I’ve been with State Farm since 1992 and his office had me looking to leave State Farm all together. Luckily, I found a different State Farm agent to provide me with excellent service as I expect. The frustration is simply not worth it. Either he needs to manage his staff or let them go.

My family has been with Dave since the 90’s and he is great. He has always been there to take care of us with our insurance needs. He is knowledgeable about life insurance, business insurance, home and auto. If i need any changes to my policy or quotes I can email him and he gets back to me right away. Even in the bad times he was there when I totaled by car a few years ago and he helped us make that process go smoothly.
If you are in need of a State Farm agent then he is the guy.
