Watch your wallet coming here. I had to have my car towed because the starter went. Before I had it towed I was given a rough estimate for a new starter and told it would be warranted for 5 years. The guy on the phone was very nice. After getting my car towed there they they told me there was only a one year warranty on labor and none on the part because the part was rebuilt. They also charged me $ 75 more than the phone quote. Not a good way to do business.

Do NOT come here! I had a nail in my back tire and was unsure if this could be fixed, or if I needed a new tire. I spoke to a very nice-​sounding man who got beneath my car and then proceeded to point to where the nail was and said I absolutely needed a new tire. I was warry and asked for a second opinion. Another guy came out and told me the same thing.
They both told me I needed a new tire for $ 160 right then because my car was unsafe to drive. Being a young girl, they thought they could scam me.
I wanted one more opinion and took my car to Discount Tire. The workers there told me the nail was in the tread and could easily be fixed. Not only were they professional and thorough, but they fixed it for FREE right then. This was about 4 months ago, and my tire is still perfectly fine and like new thanks to Discount.
DO NOT COME TO FIRESTONE TIRE. THEY WILL SCAM YOU. I still cannot believe these «professionals» would directly lie to my face multiple times.
