Very well stocked and good prices, not great but less than at sporting chain stores. The problem is with the staff. They act as though this is Friday night at the club. The music is ridiculously loud. There are an abundance of employees however it is simply social hour. Groups of three and four hang out talking the entire time. Every time I am in there they are absolutely no help. It is so bad that if people are trying to look at a product and they are in a group talking they won’t get the hint to even move out of the way. Management in this store should be embarrassed. Further when you finally get one of them to break up the gossip circle they don’t know how to find any product. Two stars for adequate price and well stocked but a BIG0 for employees!!!

This place has great Nike products for a good price, very organized and clean. But the workers here are quite rude to customers, especially the fitting room ladies.

Always busy yet organized. I’ve purchased a whole lot of sneakers here over the years. Great, big selection in their clearance section. Most of my purchase is from that section. No shame here :-) The last time I was here was around Christmas. Very busy but tolerable. The check out line moved fast and in no time you are out of their.

Bright Lights, EDM The store felt claustrophobic. Things were rather unorganized and it seems they wanted to add as much merchandise to such a small space. Be sure to go in when you’re feeling extra slim, so you can easily maneuver through the clutter. Needless to mention, I left. I felt a sudden panic attack might ensue.

Its a Nike outlet. I loved it before I walked in. Great displays. Great options and all was stoked and clean. Tons of shoe options, which is what i purchased. I love them. $ 55 for a pair I know were $ 80 at Academy about 6 months ago. There were a lot of people in there but the cashiers were quick and efficient. Mine made a complimentary observation and made the experience a memorable one. I will be back.

This store is really big. I live in NYC and ordered a pair of sneakers from there through the phone. The sale representative did the order wrong. I asked her to put on the label and message to the fed-x guy and a signature required. When i received the package, not only was it not required of a signature but the sneakers were soaking wet. I called back to speak to the Manager, another rep answered and never gave her the message. So i had to keep calling until i finally did. Sale reps have hung up on me. It was such a run around. This store will never get my business again. There stuff is cheep like all other outlet stores.

This is the best factory store around, the selection is great and so are the prices. Now I have become a Nikeaholic and I never walk out of here without a pair of hotsocks or shoes. I have had to make several returns or exchanges, and when I have the service is top notch they let you get what you want no questions asked, I cant thank them enough for fueling my addiction it seems. Really though FLIP is the best person up front if you need anything, the store always has plenty of people around to assist, and they will go the extra step and even look in the back if you want something. If you are looking for just shoes they will have many styles and colors other places simply will not have, and typically about 20 or more below what other stores sell them at. Enjoy and Fuel Up!

I’m used to outlets like Sawgrass and Dolphin Mall that cater to an international customer, so they have more of a selection. This location has some good finds, but there are a lot of repeats in the clearance section. Not much diversity of styles.

Doesn’t have cross trainers which are mid high work-out shoes. Was very disappointed especially being in a football state(Texas/former country).

They are not cheap– you would think«Outlet» means cheaper but not really the case UNLESS you head straight to the clearance aisle(yes clearance in an outlet) — the only way to grab a great deal.

Decent enough selection, cheap prices. Some items are discontinued but it is an outlet so we all kind of know that. I buy accessories here, and will grab clothes occasionally. The hubs scored a pair of shoes — he ran a half marathon in them with no problems so I think they are a thumbs up. Go.

I agree totally with Gordon that the Nike outlet can be a hit or miss. The shoes are mostly a miss for me but I can say that they have lots of great deals on clothing. Their basketball shorts and tees are many times very cheap!

Nike is the only brand for me when it comes to shoes, but having said that this place can be ‘hit or miss’ when it comes to finding bargains. Then again, isn’t that the case when it comes to outlet stores in general??? I’ve gotten more bargains on there apparel then there shoes & especially the clearance rack where I’ve found good deals on sweat shirts and work-out gear.
