50 – 50 on this place. I’ve had sandwiches that were good and some that upset my stomach. The staff is friendly but I suspect the food can be made better or handled better.

This was the nicest Schlotszky’s that I have EVER been to! The food was great, it was fast service, and the food came on a plate! I really enjoyed eating here! Definitly be back!

I always stop by this local sandwich chain for a quick bite. I always get the original on wheat bread! Nothing special here, just a quick cheap sandwich. Cheers!

Food, as usual usage eat, however, I am soooo ready for these teens to go back to school. The girl who waited on me was rude, she barely spoke loud enough for me to hear her, when asked if I could get my cup for my drink she kind of rolled her eyes and plopped it down. At least chick fila teaches their waitstaff to be courteous– I’ll go back when the kids are back in school.

Went through the drive-thru at 12:30pm on a Friday. It was busy, but got through the line quickly enough. I ordered the Smoked turkey guacamole sandwich and requested a few changes. I did not get the type of bread I asked for, nor did I get the red onion on the sandwich I wanted. Sandwich was okay.

Their salads are the best you can get anywhere in a fast food/casual dining establishment. Their food is fresh, the staff are always friendly, and the restaurant is CLEAN!

I can’t vouch for other things but the sandwich was just as good as I remembered. I haven’t had Scholtzky’s for years!!! I asked for one of those panini looking Italian sandwiches and I wanted on the sourdough bread(because I love those signature sourdough so much!). It tasted fabulous! For me, it tasted like it was made in a upscale restaurant instead of a chain store. The environment was quite. There’s a patio outside with plenty of shades. Plus the lady who took my order was super genuine. She told me all the good and bad(places to try out around town). I had a very enjoyable lunch there :)

The Good, Bad, and the Ugly… Let’s start with the Good: The renovation they did to the café turned out great! All new furniture and they finally did something about the problem of the afternoon sun beaming in that used to make it unbearable to sit in 90% of the café. I’m hopeful they renovated the kitchen too, but I couldn’t tell. The Bad: When we made our order to Espanarza(I think that was her name… heavy, dark haired lady, wears glasses, look to be in her early to mid 20’s) she was preparing sandwiches and came over, took our order and handled the money with the plastic gloves still on. Once she was finished taking our order, she went back to preparing food with the same gloves on. She went on break and had a flat pizza to eat, licking her fingers, wiping her mouth and touching her face throughout her dinner. I watched to see if she would either go to the restroom to wash up or use the hand sink that was directly behind the counter. She didn’t do either, plus she started handing out food without even wearing plastic gloves. YUK! The Ugly: Espanarza was very unfriendly and seemed put out with any and all the customers. At one point, a middle aged couple were leaving and they set their plates down on the counter that was next to the kitchen entrance. Espanarza was in the café cleaning tables and turned to see where the couple had left their plates and said«SIR, THOSEPLATESGOOVERHERE»! She was referring to the shelf above the trash can. The customer apologized and left. Wow, REALLY??? Your gonna call out a customer like that for such a menial thing??? Unbelievable. Espanarza needs to be working somewhere that doesn’t involve dealing with the public or food.

I love Schlotzsky’s and love that they redecorated most of the locations I’ve seen. I had their original for the first time yesterday, b/c it was their birthday. I’m proud to announce, it’s my new favorite. Ham, cheese and salomi… how can you go wrong? Also, great idea for adding a Cinnabon in this location. Delicious dessert option!

Schlotzsky’s was celebrating their«birthday» by offering a free original sandwich with a drink/chips purchase. All told, it was $ 3.55 after tax. Service was beyond friendly and quick including bringing the sandwich to my table on a real plate and taking it from me to dispose of as I was walking to the trash container. They also served me a free(and large) piece of birthday cake that was delicious. The fact that this location is super convenient on and off of 75 north was just a plus. Well done, Schlotzsky’s, well done!

Whatever all the other locally-owned Schlotzsky’s are doing wrong, this one is doing it right. It’s busy every day of the week, especially at lunch and after five in the drive-through. Because the sandwiches and pizzas are made to order, the drive-through is a little slow at times but it’s definitely worth the wait for the crunchy sourdough bread, tasty fresh sliced meats, cheeses, and veggies. This location is very light and inviting inside as well as good counter service so the whole experience overall is very pleasant. They do have some outside seating in case the weather is agreeable in the Texas heat.

Pizza was cold, no soup but they left the nasty container out. All teens running this place, not an adult in site. Bad service.

Schlotzsky’s rarely disappoints, and this location is no exception. I’ve eaten here occasionally over the years(it’s a little off my beaten path), but I’ve always had good food, be it pizza, soup or the wonderful Original sandwich(the only one I ever order). While I was disappointed in the soup choices yesterday and chose not to go that way, my medium original was perfectly made and tasted fantastic. There’s just something about the synergy of those ingredients that goes together to make a fantastic sandwich.
