Staff cares about people in general, taller white man hugged me when I cried because I had a bad day at work (I went in there because I order Taco Bell a few times a week after work) and that just wasn’t my day. He asked if I needed a hug, I said yes, he hugged me. Then I got my food and left. He was so positive and gave me encouraging words. That is what fast food places need. Wish I remembered his name, please Taco Bell, promote that guy. He’s an incredible person and he got my order right, my orders at this location are always right and it’s better than the one near Macys.

If I could give zero stars I would. The last 3 times I’ve been there they have gotten my order completely wrong!!!

They have always done a great job when I’ve gone there (visit a few times a month) & they are incredibly fast– it’s amazing! The manager/​s is/​are doing a great job training the staff because regardless of what time I go there… they provide fast & friendly service! Their food is served hot too!

I never thought I’d write an excellent review and give 5 stars to Taco Bell, but this location is well worth the time to do so!
The cleanest and well put together bean burritos; nothing oozes out and burrito not falling apart. Have ordered in drive-​thru several times and each time, the food is made with utmost care.
Bravo to management team at this Taco Bell location for building a team of workers who care about what they do for their customers!

Never been inside the store, drive-​thru only. Never had a problem with the order being wrong or having to wait too long.
Location, as other have stated, do have the Pizza Hut pizzas as well.

OK, it’s Taco Bell. This one does Pizza Hut also, but not KFC. I don’t know that I’ve ever been in the dining room of this one, but the drive-​thru has always been good to me; my order is almost always correct and handed to me by a cheerful associate. The menu is well lit, the speaker works well, and it’s relatively easy to access from both east or west on McDermott. Plus, there’s other fast food nearby if you have whiny brats, er, uh, picky eaters that want something different.

Sometimes you just need a quick TexMex fix. I was startled to see construction work going on recently and had a fleeting panic attack. However, the drive through is still open and working just fine.
I do like the new order sign but I sure hope they put up one to view before you have order like they had before.
I’m sure the workers must feel very confined while they are working on the rest of the store and it looks funny from the drive-​thru window to see the construction wall blocking the view. However, they are still nice and friendly and quick.
And the food sure feeds my TexMex requirements when I just need a quick fix.
